Have been doing business with them for nearly a year and have been happy with the customer service provided. They try their best to fulfill the order and are very good at giving store credit for items not in stock. Many times I have received items that I did not order and they did not charge me for them. People who have been complaining about delayed shipping, that is the case for any company worldwide right now due to high product demand and shipping delays. So I can't blame this company for shipping delays. Overall in satisfied and will continue to do business with them in the future.

At first I was sketched out but on my very first order they kept me up to date the whole way and gave me great shipping prices! Very fast shipping one week to gather everything and then a week later to arrive! So don't be scared and purchase away!

Like most, I panicked with the reviews I read; however, my experience went nothing like the ones describes here. Dealing with Crazy Anime Wholesale was a pleasure, and I got my merchandise sooner than FedEx tracking said I would. It was well packaged, and they threw in a few surprised gifts to boot. I am sorry for those whose experience was less than expected; however, reviews mostly tend to come from dissatisfied customers.

I ordered a lighter on here and the merchant wanted me to pay again for the item I already bought. I showed proof of my purchase for the mercant to only tell me to buy 300! And they send it. Only if I buy 309 more More of the same item?! Like kinda of bill caca is that!?

I have ordered several times. I will tell you what I don't like first,
I don't like the fact that shipping is asked for in email separate from order and you don't even have a clue what shipping will be. They really need a better system. Next thing i don't like is that you may or may not get all your order. But if you don't get it all its a struggle to get them to send it. But you can eventually get them to send as long as you keep on them. Lastly, I am not impressed with some of the way they pack but I understand they want to ship as cheaply as they can. But when boxes and inserts are shipped separate there's more chance of damage to item and it's a pain to put everything together and pack back up to look new.
These are the reasons I like the company- The actual products are way cool; they have a huge selection of things I cannot find anywhere else. The figures are very detailed and hard to find elsewhere. They carry a wide variety of amines and video game accessories. When items are actually shipped DHL we get them in about 7-10 days which is totally reasonable. As far as Prices, they are very reasonable wholesale prices. But shipping is quite high in my opinion.

In my experience, I am actually satisfied with the business I have built with them. We are a fairly new company specializing in selling anime figures. I did explore and had some quick negative experience with some other wholesale sources. I stumbled onto Crazyanime, and my 1st order of $300 was shipped and delivered within 10 days.

Yes, the figures were packed out of their boxes, the boxes were all packed flat in the bottom of package, and it took awhile to repack them in their boxes to resell. But their prices are amazingly low on most of their product, and even with the shipping cost, I spend less per figure than other wholesale sources before shipping.

I just ordered my 5th package from them with nearly 30 figures, and the tracking shows I will receive this one within the week.

They do show some characters that they are out of stock on. They are not perfect by any means, but they have been very honest, up front and communicative with me. They have earned my trust, and I am certain they are as honest and professional with other buyers as well. I do wish all of you with negative experiences better times.

Yes, we've run across some bootlegs here and there, but that's just something you have to learn to deal with in this business.

No, the biggest pet-peeve I had was with the delivery itself. They would ship the figures with only their bubbles, with the boxes folded flat on the bottom of the shipping box so they could fit more inside the box.
On one hand is this great because that way the shipping cost is reduced, but on the other is it horrible because the bubbles get damaged, and the boxes bent. But by the next order I had asked them to keep the merchandise inside their boxes, and they complied without any issues. So further orders arrived completely unharmed.

Their prices are great, amazing actually. And the shipping is fast and affordable. I'd say that they are a great company for starters. After business takes up, and you are able to spend more on your merchandise, you can easily switch over. But if you're just starting out and need as much stock for as little money as possible, 'Crazy anime wholesale' is probably your best option.
