Before I placed my order, I came on this website and considered the negative review. But I really wanted the YSL Manhattan Shopping Bag so I took the chance.
Bad move. The buckle which is the highlight of the bag is badly tarnished. There's even scratches on the leather and on the buckle!
How can a professional luxury bag company sell such a second rated product as brand new?!
Don't even get me started on the authenticity of the product. I can't be bothered to check now but all my other luxury brand bags comes with a proper plastic brand issued authenticity card.
But this is a slip of printed paper - I have Chanel, Gucci, YSL, Ferragamo. No other brands give their authenticity card in that sloppy printed manner.
Seriously. Don't bother with this company. I'm so upset with my purchase!
The preparation for the shipment was a little delayed. It took about 10 days to ship. However, my package arrived, and my beautiful bag perfectly wrapped. Overall, it's good shipping experience.
I chatted with Tom Today and he was great, super-nice, straightforward, and helpful! He helped me resolve tracking issues with my package and it was just an all-around great experience in customer service!

I received my YSL Toy Lou Lou from Cosette after receiving a credit for a previous Prada bag that broke after receiving my toy lou lou within half an hour my bag broke and i sent it for repairs they have now had my bag for over two months saying two weeks until they receive the part for the bag and then one week it is now over two months and i still have not had my bag repaired and still have no updates on what is happening with my bag and now they are ignoring my emails and calls i spent over $1700 for this bag i will never be purchasing from Cosette the customer service which has been helpful in the past is now shocking I've now had to contact NSW trading and ACCC so i can hopefully resolve this issue.
I purchased a bag form Cosette that unfortunately same with a mark on it. The returns process was easy but they don't refund you the initial shipping cost or the cost to send it back, so ultimately you loose out on both shipping costs if you receive a defective bag. Their prices are great but I won't risk purchasing again.
It was good even tho the stuff I order was out of stock and I had to wait but customer service stay in touch with me till they were able to ship my order out to me thank you!
