Was skeptical at first to buy any product from this website as google has so many bad reviews and I couldn't find one good one. This really worried me. My order was supposed to arrive on the 3rd of January but ended up coming 3days before I was so pleased with this and very happy about the contact I received from the delivery service.
The product is amazing! Very good quality and I will be buying my future corsets from this website with hopefully no worries. I could of gone with a size smaller than my natural waist so does run a little big but not much.
Ordered a dress and 5-7 days was the estimated delivery. Got my dress, 3-4 WEEKS after I ordered it and after 3 emails to both corset deal and paypal VG LONDON, messaging them on their website chat and on facebook. They didnt send me any emails after purchasing and didnt inform me on what was going on.
When they finally replied they only said that my parcel is now in their UK warehouse. Did not apologise or say anything more. The dress in itself is good quality, not exactly like the photo but I like it. However, not worth it at all because of all the hassle.
The new collection is really beautiful. The last stuff I bought here was a black corset. I got thousands of compliments. So I would use your store again.
The company spans the hell out of you if you sign up for their newsletter. You'll get five emails a day, and not one of the coupons actually work that are mentioned in the mailer. When you reach out to customer service, they blow you off and have you email technical support (not entirely sure why they'd be able to help, but they prove to not help as well). After multiple back and forth emails, they admit it's a misleading marketing and that it isn't for the 50% off they offered, it's 20% and to just buy it.
No thanks. I rather pay more with a company that's legit and honors their marketing campaigns.

If you are ordering from the uk this company is so good. They keep you updated on where your package is, they dont do it as much themselves but they deliver it with the Royal Mail and they keep you updated well. I have heard this company is not good when ordering from the USA so I don't recommend it if you are there but when you order it from the uk it comes in the suggested time (mine came within 6 days including the weekend).
Only refunded a portion of what I payed for on my corsets see I paid 104 with shipping and everything. I also had to pay to ship it back 13 bucks. So that 117. I got 26 bucks refunded to me. That ain't $#*!
I'm a full figured girl with small breasts. It didnt fit, as expected. I barely had the corset on for 5 minutes, took it off, and returned it. They refunded me $5.00 which is less than it cost me to return it. The item itself was almost $50.00! They said they weren't able to refund my money because it was heavily perfumed. ABSOLUTE BULL$#*! LIE. I didnt have any perfume on, nor did I put any on to try on an item that I KNEW I would need to return. Do not purchase anything from this website! I tried to call customer service and surprise SURPRISE! Busy signal. I'm absolutely livid about this whole transaction. Just give me my money back!
I cannot comment on the products because i am still waiting for my product to arrive. I had one corset turn up 10 days later than led to believe. This had to be returned. (the 24th of May) its now the 15th of June I am still waiting for the replacement thats been ordered and when i e mail all i get is its being made. There are 10 in stock according to the website. No apology or explanation. No phone number to Ring. Worst company ever and will not use them again.
The customer service is horrible. I came with a problem and the lady that I got (*) was not detailed at all. She didn't try to help me or at least explain to me what was going on. As soon as she replied, she closed my question when the previous email stated that all questions will be closed 48 hours later so that the customer would have enough time to reply. She closed it as soon as she replied so that she wouldn't have to deal with me anymore. This site is nothing like it makes itself up to be.

After reading reviews for this site, I was nervous about buying, but I needed a corset for the renaissance fair and they had exactly what I wanted. I ordered, got email confirmation and then nothing for a week. I emailed them and let them know I was going to publicly review them. I quickly got a reply that said my corset was being made and they would love a review. Low and behold a few days later i got shipping conformation and i received my corset as ordered. I cant say for sure if my email was the reason i hadagood experience or not. We all need to be careful ordering online. My only issue is the sizes are not accurate on the site. A size 24 waist should have a #24 size corset not a #20.
I bought a corset and it was too big so I changed it for a recommended size by them. This one was too small but they wouldn't change it. So I am £70 out of pocket with an item I can't use. Would not recommend

I ordered a white corset for my wedding, it was a bit to big my fault, so i sent it back. $20 to "restock it". So ordered the right size, when it got here it was ivory, not white. The corset I ordered didn't even have the option for ivory. Looks like whom ever made it used the wrong material. Ivory with a white trim is an obvious mistake. I asked for help and all the tell me is my order was properly fufilled. I sent a photo and they just tell me to fill out a return form. Im not going to pay nother $20 for someone else's mistake.
