Order process was OK. Allegedly item was shipped via USPS. Somehow they were lost in transit. 20+ days later and I still have not received my order. Tried to contact Construction Gear and they basically stated it was not their problem. They would not replace the missing item or refund my money. Terrible customer service.
The wait was worth it! It was a good experience. I had to wait a little longer than I expected but it was worth it. The customer service was very helpful and courteous. I will definitely order again. Thank you so much!

I had purchased the same gloves before I was very satisfied. But this time the gloves description same price. Gloves were totally different material. So thin compare to the ones I got before and bern using them and ripped so easily. Not very satisfied this time.

Somebody is making put on this deal and its not the customer. When you purchase something for $40, return that same something, and only get $25 back, something is very wrong. Lousy quality, don't buy hete.
