Your prices can't be beat and your selection of compression sleeves is better than anything I can get at our local medical supply stores.
I asked to exchange the XL pantyhose and knee highs and have not received an address or RMA and when I tried to do it myself online it was impossible, kept asking for product number and exchange and wouldn't accept anything I chose. Really frustrated that I don't think I will order unless I get RMA to return and exchange for QP pantyhose and your knee highs were above the knee for me.
My order was received complete and very quickly. I will return when it's time to buy more. I do recomend Compressionsale.com to my friends and even suggested Compressionsale.com to my doctor over the place he suggested.

I accidentally ordered two pairs of stockings instead of one. I emailed the company immediately; it was clear that my order should qualify for a refund because I didn't open the packages and I had contacted them within two weeks; these are the criteria on the website for a refund. They refused to give me a refund but the customer service rep WOULD NOT TELL ME WHY MY ODER DIDN'T QUALIFY. After a huge battle they finally "let" me type into an email by hand the item number, description, size color, and a tone of information that they had ready access to, AND EVEN THEN THEY WOULD ONLY EXCHANGE MY ORDER. What absolute lack of ethics. I am positive they were running interference with the hope I'd eventually give up.
