One pair of my compression socks {toe out pair} has come apart at the top of sock! Some what disappointed with the quality given they weren't cheap!

Product arrived in good condition but took an extraordinarily long time. Dispatched 21 July, Received on 11 August! Is this normal? I have never had to wait more than 10 days for products previously purchased in US.
