I made my first order from The Coffee Beanery and I am very satisfied with the product I received. I ordered the Signature Blend Coffee Beans, which have a rich flavor with a pleasing hint of dark chocolate undertones. It's well-rounded and balanced, suitable for any time of day. The site is also easy to navigate, product descriptions are informative, and the checkout process was seamless. My beans arrived in a vacuum-sealed bag within two days of ordering, ensuring optimal freshness upon arrival. I will order again!

Tried three flavors, chocolate raspberry a medium light roast that smelled wonderful when brewing. Had no chocolate or rasberry flavor to the taste, just bitter. The blend and other flavored coffee so bad I threw them out. Don't know anything about their customer service, there wasn't a way to put review on their site.

Coffee Beanery coffee beats Starbucks hands down! I started drinking this well over 20 years ago while living in Delaware. I'm now in Florida and have my beans shipped here on a regular basis.

I like the Michigan Cherry coffee it is absolutely delicious. I've been purchasing it for the past few years from you. It's really hard to come by. Unfortunately for myself you closed the location near me on Southfield Road in Southfield, Michigan. So I have to go online and purchase it. The coffee is so awesome, rich and smooth. I have purchased the pods, and the ground version. I decided this time to buy the beans and grind them myself. Excellent choice. I also bought a small bag of ground just in case I didn't like waiting. LOL Both are delicious!

Love your coffees and do order. I usually order a supply that lasts a while to try to cut down on high shipping fees. I try to wait for free shipping but when posted it is for such a short window, if you do not do immediately, you lose this option. My last order I had seen email, sat down a few days later to order only to realize free shipping was no longer. Then I ordered--a week later, free shipping appeared again. Reward frequent buyers--vouchers, or free shipping if order over set amount.

I bought two types of coffee beans English Toffee and Cream Flavored Coffee and Amaretto Flavored Coffee. About the taste, I want to say that you need to analyze it individually, in this case I will say for myself that it is originally attractive to my taste, and I would like to buy it in the future. But I saw some residue from the grain cleaning in the grains, so my score will be lower.

I bought a sample of decaf blend (LOVE that they have "sample" sizes!), decaf Hawaiian Coconut (YUM!) and decaf Colombian Supremo. All decaf coffees I purchased were Swiss Water Processed. The price is comparable to what I had been paying for non-SWP decaf! As long as that's the case, I'll stick with Coffee Beanery. I especially like buying my coffee from a Michigan business! I'll definitely get the cherry flavor next time. I haven't tried the Colombian Supremo yet because I can't stop using the coconut coffee. It's smooth, smells and tastes like coconut, is creamy and delicious. Coffee Beanery was very quick to ship my order and I received it quickly. Their follow up is awesome! I'm a happy customer!

English Toffee and cream in the 8 ounce bag was very good and fresh. However, I ordered 2 samples and paid quite a bit of money for them and they tasted stale or old to me. When I opened the sample bags to brew them, I could tell right away that they would probably not be that good because there was no fresh coffee smell to them and I was right. I was going to order the basket of flavored samples or just another sample of something else and I am glad I did not. I drink coffee a lot so I know fresh coffee.

I am giving this 4 stars because the 8 ounce bag was very good and fresh but I probably would have given it 5 stars if the sample bags had tasted fresh.

I also want to add that I thought the communication after I placed the order was great and the shipping was very fast.
