We were very impressed with the quality and installation we received from Clera Windows and Doors. The installers were professional, clean and efficient with the installation of our windows. The windows look beautiful. We are extremely happy with the windows and would highly recommend Clera Windows and Doors to our friends and family!

We've worked with Terry Blondin and his team twice over the span of 6 years (5 second story windows and a bay window/ front door on the main floor). We were extremely impressed with the product quality, the professionalism of the installation teams, and Terry's commitment to ensuring that we were happy with the results. Terry is personable and professional, and makes himself available for troubleshooting and questions. We would recommend this company to anyone looking for great quality and service.

No one returns me calls. How can I fix my door and window If I can't the help I need. Your follow up leaves a lot to be desired.

I have used Clera for window replacement services in the past and been very pleased with the product and the service. Unfortunately after my most recent experience I will never use them again. I was told that my new patio doors would be ready within 6-8 weeks. I was lied to on multiple occasions and told that the doors were ready and that they were just waiting to confirm an instal date. 12 weeks and still no doors. The sales rep Anthony stopped returning my calls and text messages. I pushed further and at that point found out that they had not even started making my doors.
I told them that I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund on my deposit. The agreed to do so. It has now been a MONTH since I cancelled my order and still no refund. I had a call with the VP of Sales who assured me the refund would be processed and nothing. I was left with no choice to file a dispute of charge with my credit card company.
Stay away!

Who knew this was for real? A couple of handle cranks for casement windows installed in 2009 broke so I contacted Rita in customer service who sent me replacements. None of the usual warranty hassles that one gets from other companies. Clera's an outstanding example of the way companies should behave.

We reached out to Terry at Clera for an estimate on March 6 this year and we had a signed contract by March 11. The official measurements were taken only days later and the windows were ready and installed within the time frame that we had discussed. The whole process was very smooth and very affordable compared to some other quotes we received. We were very happy with the end result. Installers were fast and professional and we really appreciated that they took care to put drop cloths, clean up, and clean the windows when they were done. We had done some windows and doors with another company the year before it wasn't nearly as smooth (wrong windows ordered, constant delays with no communication, spray foam seeping from joints after install, etc.) so we were really pleased in comparison.

Eric Tony DeBono and his team from Brantford Clera Windows and Doors were amazing from start to finish. He gave us a detailed quote and listened to exactly what we wanted done for each window and door. He made suggests where appropriate and they were appreciated. After the installation, they cleaned up thoroughly which I was very impressed with. We've had the windows for approximately 2 months and haven't had a single issue. I highly recommend them!

Just had new patio doors installed to replace our old French Doors. Greg Gainham, the sales rep for the Oakville/Hamilton area was great. He did not try and sell us a more expensive product. He had great advise for us that we followed and as a result we love our new doors. The installer from the Oakville/Hamilton location, Trevor was prompt, professional, clean and very knowledgeable as well. We are completely impressed with the installation. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends. Fantastic overall experience!

First off the door installers said they would show up at 11am but arrived at 830pm. I wanted two storms doors each with a different design front n back of house. What happen was they mixed the measurements up and installed wrong doors at the front n back. By this time it was 11 pm and told them to call me tomorrow to get the mess sorted out. The next day no call by the tech or reply from a email sent. When it involved the deposit they replied right away. Do not recommend.

Dan and Carl from Clara Windows in the Lucknow area were an absolute dream to work with. They took their time going over the quote and options and our windows were installed on time and professionally finished. We couldn't be happier with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to recommended this father son team to anyone needing windows or doors. Thank you Carl and Dan!

I do not recommend Clera windows and doors.

While the actual team that did the installation of 2 doors and 2 windows in February was great, the products I received were either wrong, faulty or not delivered at all.
If you're looking for a door and/or window contractor, I xrecommend not choosing Clera - they do not complete the job they're hired to do.

We needed to replaced 2 windows. Of the companies that responded to our request for a quote, Terry from Clera was by far the best. He spent time with me on the phone explaining options, process etc. and then came to measure etc. for the quote. He took the time to measure inside and out (others didn't) and I felt completely informed on what we needed and the timing. When the quote arrived, it was lower than the competition.

The windows were recently installed by the Clera team and they were all incredibly professional, quick and efficient.

We will definitely be using Clera again as we continue to replace windows in our home.

We were very satisfied the way André worked. He was clean and efficient. He knew what he was doing and what was needed. The price and quality of the windows is 2nd to none. We had freezing temperatures and we couldn't feel the cold at the windows. Keep up the good work. R. B.

I was told by the sales team I was dealing with back at the end of August 2020 that my project of a bay window along with a couple smaller windows, would take up to 12 weeks to be ready for the install. Today being February 25th 2021 which makes it 26 weeks now, still nothing, not even a phone call or an email to reassure that they are working on getting the ball rolling on my project.
Unfortunately this company is a common in today's world of business... full of promises and guarantees and nothing but lies and obviously taking on more than this company can handle.

Look elsewhere...

Eric DeBono from Clera Windows & Doors installed our front door and 7 windows just recently in Woodstock, he was the sales rep and window installer, a rare combination. Eric DeBono was very professional, polite, and did a phenomenal job. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, out of all the trades that had come through our home he was the only one to clean up after himself! We would recommend him to anyone looking for new windows or doors.

We are so delighted with our new windows and the work that the Clear window team provided, thanks. The windows were exactly as described and provide great light coming into the home. The insulation team worked consistently, cleaned up amazingly, were respectful and cautious during the pandemic as our windows were super old and letting in lots of cold air!

Consulation re new door was quick and well done with excellent results. Took 5 months to get the door but I did realize there was a ongoing pandemic and winter. Insulation was very well done by young men well versed in their profession. The insulters where very congenial very respective of our home and willing to answer any questions we had in a repective manner. I would recomend this team of clera windows to friends and family. I love our new door.
