Only complaint is you advertise "free Shipping" and send me numerous emails with coupon codes yet they are never approved when I order necessary medical equipment.

Still missing 1 gallon of hand soap. Had so much trouble getting 1st case of soap that shippers destroyed that i gave up trying to get the last gallon
