Great prices for items, love the different options. There was a handful of times when I ordered something in liquid form and was delivered half spilt bottles. I did not call to get a refund as they were often one off but I recommend taping over bottles or use plastic bag for these types of items in the future. Otherwise, I order paper products the majority of the time compared to different sites for bulk items and free shipping.

When I made the purchase, it said order will ship within 24 hours. Your company is in PA, we are in Ohio, I thought I would get merchandise right away. After a week of not hearing from you or receiving my merchandise I starting calling your customer service line and it referred me to go on line. I proceeded to email you daily and heard nothing back. I emailed your sales department too! Nothing from them either! Ridiculous! No one reached out to me to tell me my order status. Finally I emailed your company to cancel my order then eureka someone reached out to me and said my order was on its way. This is no way to treat a customer! I sincerely hope that your team reads my notes and never lets this experience happen again to your customers. Without customers, you have no company.

Easy website to navigate through. Waiting to get a ship date on a piece of equipment. Would have been nice to know something was on backorder at time of ordering. But customer service has been solid so far.

Shipping costs are 50% of the product cost (G*******). And if i order more than two, shipping costs more per item than if i ordered one or two.

Easy to use website for a hard to find part. No where else included all of the dimensions of the item so that I knew it was compatible with my refrigerator.

The photo on the product ordered (size 2 pessary ring with and without support) wasn't what was delivered. Only the ring with support was delivered. The photo is misleading and caused additional work to return it for the correct item.
