I went to Chick several months ago and found that they couldn't handle the number of customers. People were stacked up by the exit door, took forever to get my meal.

Today I ordered for delivery 2 - 12 piece nuggets, 1 small box of 6 filets and a small macaroni and cheese. Total cost of delivery was $44.57. They have the nerve to tag on a delivery fee of $2.99 and a service fee of $4.14. Why would there be a service fee for something that Grubhub picks up and brings to my home? Isn't that the same as my picking it up? The food was God awful. Hard, tasteless, dry, no condiments. The macaroni and cheese that looks so wonderful on tv was really bad. I'm done with this place.

Anti LGBTQ+

Chick-fil-a is against theLGBTQ+ community. Their food is also not good, just tried it today. They're coffee is bitter even when sweetened, the macaroni and cheese is too salty and too cheesy, their burgers are moist, their tomatoes are soggy, and their lettuce is wilted. None of their food is fresh.

Upset customer

My name is paul garza *******120 my family and i were at the chic fill a in eagle pass,texas today 9/13/23 we were the first in line inside the store we were asked to take a seat and that our order would be taken at our table.there were about 10 people behind us they were told the same thing we waited for about 25 minutes before our order was taken all the people behind us were taken care of first,i asked to talk to the manager on site she said this was a new practice she didn't even offer an apololgy if this is a new policy we will not be going back we are alarge family here in eagle pass and have alot of friends and relatives we will be telling everyone about our very bad expierence and recomend no one goes this is by far the worst experience we have ever had at any restaurant here or for that matter anywhere, very upset and disapointed.i will also go on social media and express my disgust *******@yahoo.com

I am so angry with your app and your service workers. No empathy. I placed a spicy chicken sandwich fries and a drink at 10:46 they delivered my order at 12:22pm I had to call numerous times about my order. I would of give no stars if I had a choice

My great-granddaughter wanted Chick-Fil-A for dinner so we started the online order! To begin with the order of a chicken sandwich they offered sauce (only 2) then when I got to the chicken strips and chicken nuggets no offer of sauce! Then I ordered 2 orders of strips and a 9pc nugget! So I also had to order the bottle of Chick-Fil-A sauce for 3.25! What the whole order for the 1 who wanted Chick-Fil-A was nuggets and Chick-Fil-A sauce! That was what we didn't get! Through Door Dash on this site the bill was $70.00 and the one who wanted to eat from there didn't get anything she wanted! I will never order from there again! It's too expensive and they don't give you what you order! They are supposed to be such a "Christian" place but they are rip offs! But the door dash driver was great!

Spicy Pimento Cheese Chicken Sandwich

I have been buying this sandwich since it recently first came out, and it has been OFF THE CHAIN! I have never been a Chic-Fil-A fan but NOW I AM! I love this sandwich. But today, when our whole office decided to get one because I had bragged about it so much, when we got them, there was like 1/2 a teaspoon of pimento cheese on the sandwich. Usually it covers the filet, but they were VERY SKIMPY on it today. I hope this isn't going to be the tradition because the sandwich is great but if you can't even taste the cheese, it's just like any other chicken filet that they sell, and it just doesn't do it. They need to make it the way they have been since it's been out because I have gotten so many people going there that don't normally go there just because of this sandwich, but we were all disappointed today. I called and spoke to them and they said that's the amount they always use, and I told them I have probably had 30 of these sandwiches, and this is the first time it's ever been like that.

Drive thru or not, we've been here a long time, every time it's fast and furious like the movie, fast and furious. Nice meals made by even nicer people, I don't know why sometimes people think that they could be rude? But, No, I love it here.

I'm sorry but I have to be honest for a company that considers them a Christian based company they are poisoning they are consumers you only have to look at the ingredients that are in Chick-fil-A sandwiches and chicken fingers if you put it up on their website they will take it down for they do not want the consumer to know what's in their product if you were to ask them for the ingredients and everything that's in their chicken sandwiches and in their chicken tenders you would be shocked and your mouth would drop. I used to love Chick-fil-A until I found out how they are poisoning they're consumers about the only thing that's healthy possibly is the salad but even that is in a chemical if you want a safer and better experience skip Chick-fil-A besides being over expensive it's unhealthy and today's society we have to watch what we eat and be informed with the trash that restaurants put in their food

My dear friend and I went to Chick-fil-a for the first time yesterday 5/8/2020. We called ourselves
"Chick-fil-a Virgins ". Lol. Yes, we w as waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru but we were in no hurry. Food was great but the the service was great. Super sweet gals working there!

Amazing. I love that they offer continued access and editing of a paid, Email Signatures. I especially love that they don't follow a common billing practice of most competitors by charging a monthly or annually for continued editing or even use of your signature. Designhill allows makes it easy to access AND edit past signatures and no extra free as I own that signature. Perhaps my favorite part as a business owner is immediately after completing the signature they show detail instructions how to add your signature to all major email providors including Microsoft Exchange

Everytime we go there the people working at the window are so friendly and professional. We picked up a pre-ordered party tray on Saturday and they were on top of it. They must hire differently than a lot of the other fast food chains. Kudos to them for having a great product and team.

My wife and I went to store no. ******* on feb 18. We were first greeted well my the staff as we came in and the pleasantries were great. The cashier was James who was extremely accommodating. I had the best vanilla milkshake I ever had at a store of yours and there always very good anytime you buy one. The store was very clean. Even when we left one of your employees said have a blessed day. What a way to finish your day. Proof of purchase is order no. *******

I just don't like Chick-fil-A. There are definitely more better choices for chicken fast food. And that is just my opinion. I have only eaten there a couple times and that was many years ago and have not gone there since. So for those who have not tried Chick-fil-A I say go for it and give them a try but also try other chicken places and compare.

I never cease to be amazed at the consistent quality of the food at Chick-fil-A, and even more at the courtesy and efficiency of the staff. Their staff training must be great. Greater still is the culture of service, not only to customer but to community as well.

Their food is good but in the app they always give me reward food that Im allergic to without the ability to swap it for something that Im not. I have an autoimmune disease and cannot have wheat. I wish theyd change that feature but otherwise everything is fine.

Unit #2053 2256 Memorial Dr Waycross Ga ******* on 02/28/2020 on or around 1:00 was an experience that taught me how ugly it is to be mean, unkind, rude, cocky... turn your back on them and walk away while they are speaking... this was what a drive through employee name Kara did to my family and I. Her manager's demeanor was just as bad. My confidence in Chick fil A. The manager basically told me if I send a review to corporate they're going to send it back to her anyway... smh cockiness

First, the place is difficult to find. I ordered the filet meal, all I got is a small amount of waffle fries, a sandwich and a Coke. A Cobb salad and a laughable fruit cup. All the food was cold and I had to reheat it. And then the sticker shock...$22 for unacceptable food. Will not be returning.
