Very poor customer service, They are looking ways to take your money and then never pay back. They gave my future credit although I cancelled reservation within few hours of booking it by mistake. There is no way to use the future credit automatically, you have to call them to use it and no one reachable.
Cheap Caribbean web site is very easy to surf and book a vacation. Prices are very competitive. We have booked thru their site many times. No problems with Cheap Caribbean. Service has been top notch.
Every single time I call to ask a question it's always a different answer. I am so confused with my future credit and what I can do with it because of how many different answers I've gotten from them. Will never be booking with them again.

We have booked five trips with cheap Caribbean.Our travel voucher expired in December. We were able to use a flight credit but unable to use our travel credit. In April I get an email stating it had been extended until June. With both of us working full time we are not able to use it. When we booked these trips, we booked with two other couples. We spent a lot of money with this company and it will be our last. I hope they enjoy the approx $2600. 00 they stole. We will never use them again. I don't like writing reviews but It's not right that they keep my money. They can't be trusted

I booked a simple 4 day 3 night getaway during the week, unfortunately me and my wife were expose to covid-19. We made the HUMANE choice and decided not to get on the flight to Mexico. Prior to making this decision we tried reaching out to Cheapcarribean and we could not get in contact with anyone until the day of the trip. Flight left at 8:50 and no one answered till 9:00am. I DO NOT recommend this agency, if you don't mind losing your money or if you don't care about possible spreading a virus and let them deal with it, then by all means. You'll find better deals on Priceline and Booking.com

This " monopolize company", including Apple vacations, Cheap, Caribbean, and others, selling overprice packages for the resorts that do not provide even decent food and stated entertainment. When I asked for the refund, they promised one amount, but then they gave me just pennies. Go to Expedia. They are more decent.

I booked a trip with this group in April. It was cancelled due to COVID. Purchased travel insurance so was assured a travel credit of $2700 when I re-booked trip 11/6 for a January departure date. Was told on 11/6 credit would be issued in 30 days or less. We are now just 13 days from departure and no credit has been applied. Customer service, if you can get someone on the phone, has been terrible. Reps are rude and talked over me during conversation, plus promised no resolution other than "ma'am, your credit will be issued". No date, no explanation for why there was a delay, nothing. Would absolutely not book another trip through this group.

Beware when using future travel credits and if you pay more money to them to upgrade to a better vacation. You don't get back your full credits after different agents tell you different stories. Cheap caribbean is truly cheap to their customers. For people looking for a good deal becareful they are a lot to deal with. Poor customer service with their long holds and unreliable company. If you book with them be prepared to spend days on the phone with them. I have calls up to 4 hours dealing with them. Finally I told them my email proof (see below) they said agent misinformed you in writing. What a joke, they are looking for a lawsuit from many customers.

Nearly a month before our scheduled trip, our daughter's doctor advised not to go due to medical concerns. I was on the phone with a customer service representative who hung up on me 45 minutes into our conversation and then I find out the next day from a different agent (who had told me I'd receive a travel voucher) that we would receive $0 in travel vouchers. I've been told so many different things by the agents and am walking away losing 3,000 dollars. They wouldn't even let me gift the trip to a family member.

I booked a reservation to santo Domingo for three days. I paid 419.00 for a resort that it was not what I was looking for. There are two resorts starting with same name, so I got the wrong one. When I realized that I wanted to cancel or to be transfer to closer one where I could take my mother for mothers day. It was a nightmare. They refused to transfer me to another resort and cancel reservation they charge 50% off of what you pay. They offer what they do not have. They have resorts with poor quality services only. Transportation to the airport never showed up. A day before I called many times to follow transportation arrangements but it was a waste of energy and money. They did not care anymore after they got your money in their account.
The keep giving me the run around after I presented the correct paperwork. Then I presented its something else. My passenger passed away I presented a death certificate first we will make exception to give u full travel credit. I say can I just change the name yes let's us sent certificate to hotel n airline now its been 2 month. Trip in February wtf... never use them again..

Hate your company... got ripped off. Paid for an hotel upgrade and when I got to punta cana the hotel had no record of it. Called cheap caribbean... they had to go through their phone logs. Confirmed they made a mistake 2 or 3 days later. By then we had been shuffled off to another part of the resort. Wasted hours trying to get it straightened out with Cheap C. Horrible customer service. Didn't get what we paid for, they didn't correct it, and in the end they offered a paltry sum to reimburse us. I go to all inclusives twice a year and never will use them again. When I pay for something I expect it to happen. Not get the run around or wait 2 days for an answer.
Amazing customer service and will help you from the first moment to the last on arrangements, excursions, etc. What I love most about this company is the range. No matter what your range is for pricing or booking they have everything. We were able to stay in one of the cleanest, most beautiful resorts in Aruba, and the excursions to the ruins and flamingos were unforgettable.
I had to cancel my flight because my grandson died sadly.
Cheap Caribbean gave me travel credit for the hotels stay and said I need to email United airlines myself for a refund. I did and United airlines gave me a refund back not travel credit, this is where cheap Caribbean stole my refund then posted it as travel credit when I questioned after 5 weeks.They did not email me of credit received from the airlines until I called.
This company is a total rip off.

Me and my husband had booked our first wedding anniversary through Cheap Caribbean and unfortunately at the time Hurricane Fiona went through Punta Cana - which is where we were supposed to go. So I had called them numerous times not asking for my money back, but just to let us reschedule for another day when it's safer. Again we couldn't go due to a natural disaster.
They credited us portion of the money (not to our bank account, it's still with them and we have a year to use it) and are penalizing us with $450, which is ridiculous.
Never ever will I book through this website.

I purchased the cheapCaribbean.com travel insurance plus. When I tried to use the insurance all I got from their operators was lies and misinformation. They tried to lie what was in the contract and then changed their stories when I read the contract to them. This happened over and over. They wanted me to pay to change my reservation even though that's what the insurance is for. 9400 dollar vacation plus 672 for the insurance and they wanted me to pay to change even though the contract states changes are allowed with the insurance. I feel robbed and they done have a real claims site. You can only call their *******322 number that is a call center in Mexico. No hello what's so ever. I've emailed them and sent them a comment through their website and I've heard nothing. Total farce and a breach of contract.

I have to admit I ended up having no problems with this website. I booked airfare + hotel in Mexico and was able to enjoy both. There were moments of anxiety because it was a little difficult to receive a boarding pass. If I had nothing but my CC emails to off of, they wouldn; t have meant much. Thankfully, united airlines also sent me an email, with a confirmation code I could use to get my boarding pass. This was my first time using CC, but I would use it again.
