I am disabled and they are very abusive dealing with disabled people. I was applying for a credit card and they gave me very incomplete information and I claimed and they were very upset. I am talking about Chase bank and credit cards.
Not only the website is friendly, easy to navigate and the voices on the other end of the phone are coherent, friendly and professional. When you walk into a branch, it is also a positive response. I needed something notarized today, Citibank does not do it anymore. Debra from the Chase branch on Columbus and west 72nd took care of me in a
Courteous, professional and friendly manner. I promised her i will shout out for Chase and i am a man of my word!
An agent named Nicole deactivated my account by mistake today when I called to ask if my new debit card had been sent. She apologized for the mistake and put me on hold so she could get her manager to fix her mistake. 3hrs on the phone and 7 different "supervisors" later. They told me they could not reactivate my account. It will take 3-5 days to resolve the issue. I have no access to my account and no way to get any money out of my account. I'm sorry but what kind of company has an employee make a mistake and they are not able to fix it causing the customer a mountain of financial issues. I'm getting a new bank. I've never had a bank treat me with such a callous mentality.
I had to make an appointment to open an account, had to wait about 20 minutes, and then I was rushed out without completing a transaction and I had to make another appointment to open the personal account. I had to reschedule and when I arrived to the bank the representative was off. I was approached by another representative that was helping a customer who assured me someone will help me. What us the benefit of making an appointment when the system doesn't tell you the person the representative will not be there, you have to wait to be helped anyway, and you will not be able to complete the transaction because somebody else is waiting. This never happened to me before having to make appointments.
I have been banking with Chase for almost 20 years. I have a very bad experience with Chase bank today. Chase restricted my account and steal my money unreasonable. I have to spend a day to prove the check I deposited into my Chase account was not fraudulent check. The check was a PNC bank check and has been paid by PNC bank! Chase has no reason to suspect the check is fraudulent! The check was already cashed and honored by PNC 10 days ago. I have to take the business owner to Chase bank to prove the check is not fraudulent! Chase bank abuse their power to their own customers, they have no right to do this to their loyal customers! This is very bad! This may involve some sort of discrimination to certain group of people. I need report and investigate this matter.
WePay/GoFundMe Deleted my account with no answer
I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and created this fundraiser, this is the second time GoFundMe deleted this account along with by WePay owned Chase. They did not give me an answer this is disgusting and disgraceful. I might potentially contact an attorney about this. If I can give 0 stars I would. This was my link https://www.gofundme.com/anthonyjrodriguez
I have been using the Chase Sapphire Preferred and IHG Reward cards for a few years now and I'm cancelling both today despite taking a hit in the credit score. I had to make a total of 8 phone calls over the course of 3.5 months to get two airplane tickets canceled and refunded. The refund for the second ticket is still not done. These people WON'T do anything until you call and remind them of their job. Every time I called, someone always "forgot" to do something the last time. Also if you need to switch flights (happened to me TWICE), their prices are ALWAYS $100-$200 higher than the prices you see on Google Flights. Complete rip-off and sub-standard customer service.
Went to Peterson branch of Chase, not user friendly. Snippy, nasty woman greeting me at door, unable/unwilling to provide service that was easily provided at 5th/3rd Bank. I will be doing further business with a bank that values me as a customer.
I reported my cards lost over a month ago and they have made soooo many mistakes that have prevented my cards from arriving I just had to start using a different bank. They have nice service but their training seems to be $#*!.
I called my bank in response to a scam by reservations.com it's called ghost booking you order one night they take seven out of your account then hang up on you the hotel in the hotel manager over 28 times I provided proof and documentation to Chase Bank and they still paid this scam I will never do business with them again and I urge all of you to do the same for it even if you are scammed they will not stand behind you I have proof and documentation goodbye chase bank
OK so whether Chase knows it or not COVID-19 pandemic is over talk about banking hours 9 to 5. There are people who actually work and have jobs. I need the assistance of a teller and not an ATM machine where it took me 20 minutes to make a deposit they only take one bill at a time. And when I asked somebody that was leaving, an employee, she was like oh it's been that way since 2019. Haha. Well, I think it's time for Chase to update their hours and either open early or stay open till at least 6:00 pm to accommodate the working class. No they're too busy swindling and putting money where they shouldn't be putting it time for a new bank.
I'd rather use my other accounts that keep having to call customer service as my only means to get back into my account. This is happening after basic things like when I log back in after opening a new account, or when I refresh/have to reconnect QuickBooks or iBank. This has happened maybe 4-5 times over 1-2 months. I'd rather take my business elsewhere than keep having to call customer service. Anyone under the age of 50 does NOT want to have to place phone calls for YOUR customer service issues. I have NEVER experienced this with any bank I have ever worked with, and it is driving me away from yours
They close your account for no Reason, they slap you with intrest rate really high soon they see your balnce is high, they even close your credit card processor if some body dispute their charges, very bad experience as a personal and business account, worst ban ever known lot my frornds are disjointed with their un professional customer services.
So I paid off a credit card $7500 with chase, and was told that it was the full amount including residual interest, a month later I get a bill stating that I still owe money, and I let them know that I had audio of our conversation, still, they said that the chase representative was wrong by giving the full amount and that I still owe, no accountability! Closing my other business account and encouraging people not to do business with this bank
I was a victim of fraud & my mobile phone got remotely hacked on May 9th 2023. Made a police report and everything. Chase gave me my money back on the 12th. On June 20th 2023 over a month later Chase recharged that money without warning. I felt like I got violated twice. Chase is just as worse as the hacker in my opinion. There response was we sorry it's just not covered. But supposedly there clause states fraud protected up to $250,000. I guess they pick and choose who they want to protect. I would give no stars if I could. They are worth crap.
They have scammed a lot of good folk money and it's really sad bcos they all put faith in them for results to get none above help with money reimburse Visit Reguls.online for reimbursement assistance
Ive done business with them for almost 4 years an can say it has been horrible do not get this card! The first how many it is charges that supposedly have no interest when you first join is a lie an so on an so fourth plus their customer support on the app is a ai that is bout as compotent as a rock avoid this card an aboid chase in general
I can't reached out them. I did money transfer with zelle to my friends and they locked my account over the weekend. I am keep calling waiting they response and let me wait and hang up the phone call after 2 hr wait on the phone. I hate it!
They have no reasoning behind holding a 3k check for weeks, but will approve a 13k check in a day. They are the worst bank i have ever dealt with. No people in bank but you have to make appointments to handle business. Give me a break. They contradict each other between branch and main cs. No wonder they owe fines over 200 million. WE have to pay it for them… bad business!
I have had to go into my branch twice in the last 30 days and each time I was greeted at the door, asked what I needed and sent to the correct location. The staff were all pleasant and kind. The last time the manager was there at the door and was very pleasant. He (Stephen) was able to assist me and called me later in the day to report on the progress. Just love this branch! Answer: Offered as a finance for auto loan... I am seriously thinking of changing banks..
Answer: Because they can and they don't care. The customer service outside of the branch is non-existent. They truly don't care about anything other than the amount of money they can collect from the interest they can collect from our money.
