The site is very user friendly. I had an issue with scheduling on my end and CertifiKID canceled the old vouchers and gave me a credit to get the new ones. No hassle, no problem, and no making me feel bad about the mistake. Keep up the great work you do for families.

I had a problem with a certifikid purchase of a karate place. I purchased the gift certificate when it was available in November/December and finally had a chance to use it on Wednesday, January 9. The place itself was unkempt and dirty. Not sure the last time the toys were sanitized. Bathroom was also unclean and I didn't want my children using it but I had no choice. The lessons itself were not even worth the discounted price as my children were distracted by all the chaos around it. I submitted a request to certifikid about my experience and that I wanted a refund. I received a response that it was the past their 5-day window refund so they were unable to refund my money. I can't support/trust a company like certifikid if they can't stand by the companies they highlight, do their due diligence and refund dissatisfied customers.

So glad I had tickets saved me from breaking my 5yr. Old's heart. They should make free children's ticket with purchase of adult ticket large enough to see when they pass them out at school. Barley adverted disaster with the kiddos. Thank you again.

Trying to order a deal and the transaction keeps getting declined because it keeps defaulting to an expired credit card.

Unfortunately I had to make two separate accounts because my original account… i was trying to check out and kept saying my password was incorrect. I even went through and created two new passwords and it still refused to let me in to my account just to finish purchasing what I wanted to purchase.

I purchased a summer camp deal from Certifikid and found out that the vendor went bankrupt at 5:30pm the week before my daughter was to begin. Vendor wasn't replying to messages. Wrote an email to CertifiKID at 6:30pm (after business hours) explaining the ordeal, asking for a full refund, included the voucher number as well as the confirmation email from the vendor listing the camp dates for the following week. I expected them to follow up with me the next morning. Imagine my surprise when I woke the next morning to see that CertifiKID had refunded me the full $320 I spent on the voucher at 11:30pm the night before! That's good customer service. Anyone who had paid for the same camp directly through the vendor probably lost all their money. I'm grateful we didn't.

Good savings and relatively easy. I like that—savings with ease.
