My family has been using Certifikid for the past three years to get great ideas and deals for fun things to do with the kids. We've gone to pumpkin patches, shows, sporting events, museums and more for much less money than we would have paid otherwise. We have also found so many fun places we wouldn't have otherwise known about! We have made so many amazing memories thanks to deals we have bought on Certifikid. We love the site and recommend it to everyone!
It refused to take my new credit card when I was at the checkout cart (I clicked on "change payment type"). I had to go to my account and add new card. After that it still defaulted to my previous card and I had to go delete it. The system should allow more than 1 card being saved on the system. Quite inconvenient.
I ended up having to ask my husband to create an account after I attempted 4 times to reset my password and log in. I tried 3 times from my cell and then tried my laptop with no luck. It was frustrating and time consuming.
The option to use a different credit card on the checkout page did not work. I kept entering a new credit card to use and each time I tried to complete the purchase I got an error that the credit card was expired. I tried this 3 times. I had to go back into my account delete the old cards, re-enter the new card and then it would go through.
Keep getting a credit card processing so I can't purchase the deal. Instead of any help, it keeps taking me to leave a review instead and telling me to double check if I am sure I want to leave a 1 star review.
Certifikid has been really awesome for our family! We love getting out together, adventuring together, having fun, and trying new things, and we've been able to do more of these activities thanks to deals on Certifikid. Deals have info about when they're valid and when they expire, helping me decide if they're helpful to our family. I do wish they had more deals for tweens and up, but activities for the older kids can be challenging to find anyway. I highly recommend checking Certifikid for deals for your family!
I tried to update my credit card information, and the system would not have it. I use the card regularly but the system would not take it. I had to use a different card and then it went through but I got extremely frustrated in the process.

I had trouble adding a new card to my profile. I had to update the card several times. Finally, I deleted my old card and entered a new card. I was denied a purchase several times even though I had clicked on a radial to use another payment method.

I updated my payment method but it has not been applied, plus I put in the different payment method but it didn't go through. My previous card I tried to make a payment with was with my previous name, which was also the same name with the credit card I used to use. I don't understand why the transaction has been denied 2 times.
This is a really disgusting place. I bought the deal at xtreme and acro gym party place. When I went to the place and tried to set up a birthday appointment. I was shocked by the place. It's so old and shabby. Not sure how they can be a birthday party place. I want to get refund. But they refused. I will tell anyone just to stay away with this disgusting website. ( Certifikid.com.)
Last March I planned to have my daughter's 6th birthday party at Skyzone. Pressed for money, I purchased tickets through CertifiKID.
Then COVID struck and I had to cancel her party for the sake of doing our part to keep everyone safe. CertifiKID refused to refund my money and instead gave me a credit. I wrote 2 emails begging for a refund so I would have the money to put towards an alternate birthday plan for my daughter and they still refused. I thought they'd have a heart especially in difficult times, but nope. Here we are a year later, still fighting COVID, and my money still sits in their bank, not mine. There are never any offers on their website that are of use to my family, especially now because almost everything is still shut down due to the pandemic. So once again, I'm trying to plan something special for my daughter's pandemic birthday #2, with a credit I'm unable to use.

I could not access my old account and even reset my password several times and it kept telling me it was an invalid email or password. It couldn't have been an invalid email as that is where I receive all the emails from this site.
Quick and easy. The only exception is the Google Pay feature that is a complete fail and made my experience very trying. Once I skipped this and input my information instead of autofilling it there was no problem.
I almost left the website and did not complete the purchase because of this.
