While the price tag was relatively large, it was well worth it. The large elk antler chandelier looks perfect in our home, hanging from a 23 foot cathedral ceiling in our fireplace/bar area, along with some trophies. The time to manufacture was exactly what was quoted (~ 6 weeks) and the suspension system that held the unit through shipment worked well -- there was no damage. The chandelier is as big as advertised and was difficult to fit in through spaces we calculated would work, but we were able to make it and we are extremely pleased. CDN was very responsive if we ever had questions.

Jennifer at CDN Antler Designs was very helpful. When I indicated I was not sure about the size of the original product I wanted to purchase she indicated "measure twice and buy once" which prompted me to further investigate the chandelier relative to the space it was to be installed in. I determined that the original chandelier was probably too big for the space. Jennifer helped me select one that was a bit smaller and we absolutely love it. It looks terrific in our space. When ordering I thought that the chandelier would be very fragile and extreme care would be needed to install it, which I did myself. Was I surprised on receiving it. This thing is built like a tank, yet no attachments or wires are visible other than the power cord and chain. We are very happy with the chandelier we purchased, the service provided by CDN Antler Designs, the time to build and ship it, and even the packaging which was more than sufficient to protect it during shipment. If we decide to purchase another antler product, we would definitely look to CDN Antler Designs
