I only need one so I probably would not buy again
The antler chandelier we purchased is exquisite - high quality construction and in perfect condition. We ordered the white (bleached) antlers and they still look very natural. The only thing I would recommend is to offer the option of a white chain for it.
Most perfect - the purchased Bison wall mounts even bigger then expected. But that is not so important - the overall service - on time delivery and after Sales care were perfect. Thanks from Switzerland.

We needed an antler Chandelier. Quite a large one too. The options we had in our area were there but 3X the price. We are very happy with our purchase. You can't see any wiring throughout the piece. Shipping was top notch. Would recommend to any of my friends.
Jennifer is wonderful and so very helpful. My understanding of antler chandeliers is much better. However, I still wouldn't order one without her help.
Jennifer was extremely helpful, we were not sure about the size of the original chandelier we selected. Jennifer suggested measuring several times which we did and found the original fixture was too large for the space available. Jennifer suggested a different fixture which fit beautifully in the space. When installing I was afraid the chandelier may be very delicate but found it was built like a tank had no problem installing other than it was quite heavy. Also found chandelier was packed extremely well for shipping, no damage was found. Based on our experience with the chandelier we just purchased we would purchase another fixture with no hesitation. Only one negative comment, shipping box was packed with loose Styrofoam "peanuts" which proved to be a bit of work to unpack and get rid of. Would suggest packing with bagged peanuts which are easier to handle and don't stick to your skin. This was a very minor problem.
I was told they were going to be crated. They came in a big cardboard box with a plywood bottom.We had to rent a enclosed truck to take them the final 300 miles. We couldn't take them is a open trailer, there was no way to secure to cardboard top or sides, maybe that's on me when I purchase items that say they are crated they usually have a wood skeleton or plywood sides.
