We are in Garden Valley, Id. The delivery had to be dropped off in Boise b/c the first carrier did not deliver up here. It was a week later for that. My biggest concern was the crate/box when we finally received it had a huge 18" gash in the box pushed into the chand. Luckily there was not damage but I sure expected it. I would recommend to add "criss-cross" pieces of timber to the sides for better protection. I know this adds weight but is better than replacing a unique, hand crafted, antler chandelier.
Ours is beautiful! The chandelier is the best purchase we made for our new home. It is a centerpiece of nature & beautiful design and unique for sure. I would definitely recommend them!

I bought my chandelier originally with a downlight. I did not realize the downlight would have the bulb sticking out of the chandelier. It was not very attractive and basically spoiled the rustic look of the chandelier. The folks at cdn were very good in working with me. I had to pay to ship it back, which was reasonable, but they removed the downlight at no charge and sent the chandelier back. I assume responsibility for ordering the chandelier with the downlight. I do think it would be good, however, if cdn posted a good picture of a chandelier with the downlight on the website so a potential buyer would see what it is going to look like. In any event, the chandelier is very nice and, having shopped a bit before, the prices at cdn are quite competitive. Good people with a quality product.

As an American living overseas, I couldn't find any antler chandeliers either locally or online that worked with the 220v system in New Zealand. Until I found cdnantler.com. They were great to work with, customizing my pair of chandeliers to meet NZ electrical standards, and then shipping them half way around the world! They arrived safe and sound, and the workmanship is excellent. I would definitely order from them again, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality product.
