Although Jennifer was very pleasant and helpful, there were some issues with our order and payment. She apologised and fixed them and gave us a gift as recompense, which was kind. Unfortunately, from the photos, we had understood that the faux antler chandeliers were 'lifelike' (they certainly are expensive enough). But the chandelier delivered looked quite fake from below. Disappointing. A better design/colouration is needed. We would have ordered a real antler chandelier, but the prices were much too high. Hard to see why they are so high -- it's a natural product, not manufactured. Happens every year. Just collect them and build, whereas the fake antlers have to be manufactured.

My overall review would be that our chandelier was fairly pricey but worth it. The lead time was fairly long, but within our building renovation timeline, so that was ok too. We love the fixture now that it is 'in situ' and are proud to show it off. When we called to seek input as to whether we wanted the little shades that can come with, we appreciated the customer service reps honest commentary. Overall we are totally delighted with our purchase. Thank you!

I loved the total experience of my purchase and received the exact antler chandelier that I'd envisioned! It fits the space perfectly and has the authentic look I wanted to achieve with my Ralph Lauren lodge decor dining room.

PS: I was very concerned about the color of the antlers as the room is small and I need a "lighter but rustic" look. So when I initially spoke to a CS at your company I expressed my needs and she assured me that the team would hand pick the antlers. The chandelier is gorgeous and the workmanship is first rate. I am very happy with the product! Communications with customer service via e-mail and telephone were great. The package was shipped via UPS. The box was damaged while in transit and as a result, the chandelier also sustained damage. I made contact with Jennifer from customer service. She went out of her way to make things right. The chandelier was returned for repairs at the companies expense. When I finally received the chandelier, it was well worth the wait. cdnantler.com is a first class operation.
