Several cars checked, very satisfied.
I use it before buying every car.
Big problems can be avoided for a very small check amount.

Well, the report worked on my car that I purchased last year. However my car is in Portuguese registration but was imported from France. So it only shows things that happened while registered in France and couldn't for example specify the reason of the damage on a crash warning but could the estimated price of repair of that crash... and the milage only had 2 updates (one at 400km and the other at 60.000km) so not very specific. Everything and the registration in Portugal wasn't available... it definitely needs more support in Portugal. And the price is a bit high when (in my case) doesn't even support Portuguese registration.

The report was wrong, with general information, odometer with a difference of 20-30,000 km more. It didn't help me at all, it even confused me not knowing what to believe. Apart from the fact that you give money to charity, you are also deceived and stupid.
This site does not have a contact phone number (as a normal site should have), so you have no one to talk to or ask for clarification. They take your money, give you wrong and little information and then don't answer at all.
Fraud on the face!

In the report I bought to evaluate my own car, the information in it was wrong.Firstly, the information from the last 4 years is missing, secondly my car had a rear-end accident and thirdly the history was also wrong

Good evening, there is no extra information, such as pictures of accidents or else. The offer, "we are sorry, we found no exact informations about your car" is very polite, also to offer to check a next car, but this offer matches only if you trade with cars and have a lot off questions. For private...it is not a balance of price and information, it is very expensive. It would be more polite to reduce in general the price level! To force a "not native speaking" person to activate his memories in school English, takes a lot of brain work. It would be more fair to pay back a part of the price than to offer "check another car". So what...I am not a dealer. Sorry...2 points left, because your communication is in fact polite...but this is not the top of level. Best regardsTom

J'ai appris l'existence de carvertical sur you tube; désirant faire l'acquisition d'une Porsche 997 importée d'Italie,et immatriculée en France depuis 2018; j'ai demandé le rapport carvertical, et cela m'a rassuré de connaitre l'historique; pas d'accident, ni vol connus; kilométrage non trafiqué au regard des contrôles techniques successifs. Je pense donc ne pas avoir été trompé par le vendeur Pro; je disposerai de ma nouvelle acquisition fin décembre. Je ne dispose que du devis et de la preuve de mon acompte de réservation: par précaution je fais réaliser en plus une expertise par Classic Exper la semaine prochaine

The answers they supply are most of the time wrong, like even the color of the car, or the gearbox selection (manual, automatic) if they get this simple things wrong, how true are the rest of the informations?

The car i want to buy the owner told that was a Crash and they solve the damage in official Ford shop, also he show me the paper with the Ford repair, so its strange why i dont have any info on the carvertical damage section.

I was expecting much more useful information! I think that the website or the accuracy of the information still needs to be worked on!
