I wrote this earlier, "You have most of what I need. If you could add in-ground outdoor residential flag poles...that would help more," and a customer services representative to follow-up on my comment. She was very helpful and professional and resolved my comment. I would highly recommend Carrot-Top to anyone looking for your patriotic needs.

Friend recommended me to purchase a flag pole from Carrot Top, US Made. Very pleased with telescopic 20 flag pole, easy to install. Also order later a solar disc light for top of flag pole. We live in PA, while it is beautiful here, not known for our many days of sunshine. The solar light still shines brightly over my flag even when the weather has been gloomy.

On your website it listed for Federal delivery 2 days which we choose. But the order came a week later UPS. And as a company we don't always have the time to be calling customer service for small issues when we have bigger fires to put out. It would be nice to know that we could count on placing an order and having the delivery as chosen with no issues and peace of mind. Next time we will definitely have to reconsider if we would be willing to place an order with your company or not.

The quality of my double sided flag was horrible!

The quality of my double sided flag was horrible! I haven't sewn anything since I was 10 and I could have sewn it together better. Material is bunched, seams are uneven, corners pop up, the two sides weren't flush when sewn so each side looks different. The flag, meant to be a display flag, can't even lay flat. I chose this company because of all the reviews about great quality and craftsmanship... but my flag was neither. Could have paid half the price for what I got. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but it's kind of embarrassing to give it it's so bad. The only positive was that it arrived quickly.

Order was wrong

Order was wrong. Over night delivery was 4 days late on the replacement. Best experience was dealing with your customer service rep who handled the situation with total satisfaction. Kudos to her, wish I had her name to give proper recognition! Do a follow up on your employee...buy her lunch.

It would have been nice to have some shipping and tracking info on my flagpole as it was a Christmas gift for my husband. I got absolutely nothing from Carrot-top until after Christmas when they responded to my inquiry. It turns out that it was delivered before Christmas to my business but we had already left for holiday and with no tracking info or communication from them I didn't find out until after Christmas. I am extremely unhappy with them on their communication or lack of it.

The 2nd and more than likely last time ill buy from carrot top. I paid almost $50 for supposedly a top of the line product. I received a product that im very unsatisfied with and bery cheaply made. The flag was thrown in a bag that seemed to be opened. The flag had many wrinkles like it had been washed and reused. The flag pole is cheap lightweight aluminum, and a plastic eagle to top it all off. Not what i was expecting for the price...

I ordered flags for the college commencement ceremony. After a month, I got an email asking me to confirm my flags were delivered, which they hadn't been. When I called I was told that for no reason at all, the flags had not been shipped and they would be overnighted to me. I received no confirmation email that the flags had shipped and did not receive them until more than a week later. No receipt was included. I will not be using this vendor again.

Troop Flag
November 25, 2024

I have previously ordered a Troop flag and the experience was very good. We are currently replacing the flag again due to a change in Charter Organization name. Setting up the order was no problem. Placing the order was a minor ordeal. When I selected the final step to place the order, nothing happened. I rechecked the cart information and placed the order again and again nothing happened.
I exited the order screen and checked order history which showed one order placed. However, I did not receive any email confirmation. The next morning I checked the order history and no order as shown. I called and talked with a sales agent. She indicated that no order was placed an no order was pending. I reentered the order and place the order again, this time with a confirmation received. However, now I continue to get notices that I need to complete my order, although there is no pending order and nothing in my cart. It has been just a little frustrating. Hoping to get the flag as ordered in the next several weeks. I also lost the 10% discount that was offered on the initial order, but that was not a major deterrent.

I thought that the shipping that I paid for would get my order in before July 4th, but it didn't. If two day delivery is not going to count weekends, then that should be clearly stated. Otherwise, the order was perfect and everything looks great.

Products are always top notch, and we are a regular customer. Promotional messages could arrive less often, but are effective at reminding me that I should check my flags for wear a few times each year, so I don't mind.

Could not bring up former register as a buyer

Could not bring up former register as a buyer. I have bought from you at least 3 other times. The problem is that when a person only buys maybe once a year or once in two years, they don't remember their username or passwords. Thus you probably think you have more customers than you do. My old order information gets lost in your system, and I have to start from scratch. I realize I should write down my contact information but I don't. Make a system that is easier for former customers to come back and be recognize by you.

I received my order within days of placing my order. As always, the flag is a top quality. These polyester flags will normally last 1 year in all weather conditions including a cold windy winter in northwestern Illinois.

No issues with the product at all. My only issue is with the pricing. Every time I order they raise the price 10-15% on a quote and I have to negotiate it back to a reasonable rate. They also charge a ridiculous "reactivation fee" on EVERY order. They make ordering a lot more difficult than it should be for a customer than has bought 75 of these table throws over the last several years. However, again, the product is of high quality and the delivery is usually very quick. Wish they were easier to deal with though.

Everything we needed in one affordable stop and shop. We also had a custom banner made for the fire department. The rep I spoke with was quick and thorough and unbelievably patient. Will definitely do business with you again.

We live in southern Minnesota where the wind never quits blowing. My carrot top flags have by far out preformed any of the competition. We can get 2 years of flying our flags 24/7/365 compared to less than 1 year of the competitors flags. Thank You, Tom Shane
