Been trying to buy this car for about a year now. Keeps showing up in different states for sale, but nobody wants to reply, including the seller and CarDealFinder. Any help anyone out there can provide would be much appreciated. Thanks.
I am interested in several cars for sale on this sight. I've sent no less than 20 email/questions to various sellers using the form in the ad and to the site Admin over the past 2 weeks with no response at all. I've also tried to find a phone number with no luck.
Sold me a truck that never showed up was told it was in a family car collection for the past 20 years, found real. Owner after the fact. Told me we were going to use a escrow/shipping company all parties involved are crooks. Truck i purchased is still advertised on there website. Now im out of alot of money that i will probably will never get back.
I found this website last year but I didn't found what I was looking for until last week. It's a 79' Chevrolet Camaro Z-28, power steering, very well maintained. Good luck, I recommend.
Fast communication, smooth transaction, 3 days shipping to my address. I truly recommend.
I just wanted to pass on my thanks for Cardealfinder. We've received the Camaro in only 5 days after payment. Very professional, extremely friendly and helpful! The car starts and runs beautifully, it's exactly how it was described by the seller.
I'll give them 4 stars, because of the webdesign that could be improved.
I bought 2 weeks ago a 67' Chevrolet Camaro RS-SS, it turns heads everywhere it goes, I inspected it at my mechanic after it was shipped to me, everything was as it should, nothing wrong with it. The seller was very slow in communication but finally we closed the deal.
My wife and I have acquired two cars from here. We each are satisfied with our purchase. Easy to get in touch with the support personnel on the website.
My wife found a beautiful 1976 Porsche 914 in very good condition, at the pick up looked better than in pictures, I'm very happy to make my collection bigger with this model.
I didn't believed I could find so many rare cars. I recommend it.
I found a refurbished 69 Chevelle and I receive the car in 4 days after payment. Seller was really nice to deal with and we had a long distance good transaction.
The pricing on this site is so far out of touch with the market. Not one reply from the 30 individuals I asked for the real price. Seems like a snatch and grab e-mail address collector / seller. Has anyone ever really purchased a vehicle from this site.
I knew many of the the prices were low enough to lure people in but not realistic. I saw a Bentley for listed for sale in Albany NY that used pictures from actual dealer listing in California. Scam price was 14,000 dollars but the real price is 39,000 dollars. I am guessing the scam is to have someone put a deposit on a car that is not even theirs. Advertising classic cars for a fraction of their real value effects sales statistics.
Websites that do not verify facts from sellers hurt the classic car market.
I agree with an earlier comment from Janet P.
I almost feel for the same scam - a deal that fell through, a guy on an oil rig, and a phoney escrow company!
And it actually happened twice on two different vehicles!
STAY AWAY!
They accept ads on their site from scammers trying to ripoff honest people, and will do nothing about it. Talked with a rep and he could care less. Find an honest company to work with, this definitely isn't one!
Save your time and look elsewhere. You'll find the same car, with the same photos, with different low-ball prices, because the listing is from a scammer who copied a legitimate ad and then cut the price in half, since they are only trying to scam you. CarDealFinder.com sucks.
I was seriously inquiring about a car, and the deal seemed suspicious from the get go. I was emailed by a guy who was supposedly off shore on an oil rig. Name of the company he was with was Deepwater Drilling Engineer. I was told a previous deal fell through. The car was shipped to a potential buyer, and upon arrival the buyer was unable to pay. The shipping company was now holding the vehicle in Miami Florida. I was sent a link to the shipping company, and told to create an account that asked for personal information (which I did not do). This company would act on behalf of the seller', and proceed with the sell'. I got on google to look up reviews of Car Deal Finder, and low and behold many of these reviews were exactly what I experienced! SCAM SCAM SCAM! Do not do it!
I m working most of my time, so it was difficult for me to find the perfect car for my husband, but I finally did on cardealfinder.com, the communication was very smooth, I recommend this website for all classic lovers, hard to choose from so many beautiful cars.
Tried to purchase a car for 14,300. Same story about the car being sold already but the deal fell through and the guy was now working off shore on an oil rig etc... I did some research and found out a lot about how to spot scam sites. The big red flag aside from the great deal on the classic car was the incorrect grammer in the emails and the website I was sent to (up-shipping.com.) I was told to register with the website and would be contacted by their escrow company to give them the money. The shipping company would then transport the car to us for inspection. The car was currently in Seattle and we are in FLORIDA. Right, they are going to ship the car across the entire COUNTRY for us to inspect. The shipping company I was sent to didn't even have a phone number or correct address. STAY AWAY.
Also, if you notice all of the good reviews on this site have incorrect grammar as well.
I am now going to file a complaint with FTC because I am sick and tired of scammers.
At least I was smart enough to do some digging before I sent the money.
I usually search cars on other sites, but here I found the car I was looking for years, it s the first car I drived in my life, a beautiful 68 Firebird,. I m happy that finally my dream comes true. The car was shipped to my home address in 4 business days with 1 day delay, but I set the delivery after I finished work in next day and it was fine.
Thank You Cardealfinder.com

I think this website is very good also for vintage car collectors they can find many old beauties at very good deals.
Answer: Read my review! SCAM! Fake ads, stolen pictures claiming they have the car which they stole from an honest legitimate seller from another site!
