Great experience, but the car won't start with the new ECM. Not sure on what to do next.
The telephone call for ordering the ECM was so easy. The one who answered my call was polite and informative. They had the part needed and told me what information they needed to have it properly work. They communicated by text to me to get the part # i had to retrieve from my mechanic. I texted a picture of it. They programmed it and it was sent to my auto mechanic very timely. Than you!

Second computer no ground for ac pressure switch, tried several times call they sent the second computer at no charge but still have same problem put original in it ac works fine but miss fires. Called several time keep hanging up on my service manager would like to do business with them. We have been in buss.57 year rebuilding engines and installing them,20k engines a year 20 employees in tulsa oklahoma.we even got a second opion from local dealership and our local programing company
I'd be curious on returns if anyone ever has one that isn't "unrepairable" according to their return policy, seems very fishy and no explanation of WHY return was unrepairable just got back amount of refund that signifies that unit was "unrepairable". Very hard to contact anyone that could answer any questions and after they received returned PCM it still took over a month and a half to get a refund issued, guess I should just be glad to receive anything.
Ordered from Gavin very pleasant. We had to return the car to dealer too many issues. Cancelled order within 24 hours. Advised refund would be issued within 7 to 10 days maybe sooner. Totd if no refund on 11th day to contact billing (no way to talk to anyone all email) Now is the 13th day no refund, no response from anyone.
PCM came and was not preprogrammed.
I took it to my mechanic and they said I had to go to the dealership to have the PCM reprogrammed. Cost when all is said and done = $862.
All the paperwork that came with the PCM was VERY threatening and hammered home the point that I should not bother contacting them for a refund, so I didn't. I would never refer anyone to you guys again.

The ecm I ordered fixed the problem I was having but now I have new problems related to the ecm not communicating properly.
However, the instructions to mail the core back or pay an extra fee came as a surprise.
We were pleased how easy the website was to navigate, place our order and the timely manner in which we received the computer.
I spoke with Brittany on two occasions, and she was very polite over the phone. She had a bubbly attitude and answered all my concerns. Came across as someone who cares about their product and customer service. That's getting unfortunately a rare experience. I will not forget Brittany, and any future purchases, I will ask for her. One of a kind!
Worked great, follow the directions that were sent with computer, tested coils, and solenoids checked out great, install computer according to directions.

I was not able to install the PCM due to caring for elderly parent and was getting close to 60day return window. I simply returned it for Refund and figured I could reorder when I had time to work on this vehicle. They communicated that would be fine, BUT, when I got the refund it was missing $100, (WHAT?!?) Turns out they charge a programming fee and restock fee...(which they did not communicate when I asked if I could return for refund) So in short, to not even get to try it, cost me $100 ( and I paid shipping both ways) Needless to say don't think I will try them when I get around to working on my van again. Maybe not so "Iron Clad Guarantee" buyer beware!

Quick shipping and part was plug and pkay as advertised. Replaced bad part and vehicle started and ran flawlessly, simply follow the provided instructions.

Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere.
