Unfortunately CallingMart not only raised their prices, they now charge a service fee for the most popular brands (at&t, Verizon). I'm not sure about other retailers. Their prices just aren't worth the time anymore.
I just discovered and used this site today. I am a pay as you go cell phone subscriber and was able to purchase a refill card at a small discount and avoided any tax and surcharge fee. The site allows you to pay through paypal. They offer many different brands (verizon, at&t. Tracfone, net10, etc). They also provide a promo code occasionally. The pin number to add minutes is given to ypu as soon as payment clears. It's not a huge savings, but every little bit helps.
I've been spoiled by previous coupon code and surcharge-less purchases. Buying from CallingMart used to be cheaper than buying elsewhere. Now, there isn't really any differentiation. This is not a knock on the site overall, which works just fine. There's just less incentive to use the site. Thank you.
I've used Callingmart for my Tracfone refills for a few years now. I don't think shopping for refills could be made easier. In generally less than one minute the job's done. There is a vast selection on Callingmart which should enable customers of almost any service to find what they're looking for.
As others have mentioned, I avoid paying taxes and get a small discount on minutes. They also send me an additional promo code a few weeks after I make a purchase. I had a problem once, which turned out to be my mistake, and customer service was fantastic. Very impressed, especially in contrast with the service I receive when buying minutes from Tracfone.
Callingmart is reliable and trustworthy to do business with. I have been customer for many years and I can always count on Callingmart for all my needs in wireless calling cards refills without paying full retail price at the carriers.
... because Calling Mart = Calling Smart.
CM continues to make enhancements to their website - the entire process seems to get quicker and more seamless with every purchase! Zero issues, except that i can't change the email address on my account (you have to create a new one).:(
Awesome job, CM - keep those codes coming and we'll keep the cash coming!
I always get my refills here. The first time took a few hours, probably verifying my CC. But, since then it has been almost instant. I miss that they no longer have any discounts on T mobile. You do get reward points, which gives you a bit of a discount. Plus, no tax. T mobile charges you tax to add minutes!
I am using calling mart for a long time and I love their service. The only reason I gave then a 4 star because they added some weird 1% charge on t-mobile card. But probably the best rate in the market.
There is only one thing better than buying a $60 plan and only paying $58.20 for it... that's having a coupon! CallingMart use to offer coupons on a monthly or bi-monthly basis and it was awesome! However, lately they've extremely real stingy with the coupons and I only get them on holidays... And 3% to 5% for Verizon... What's up with that?!? If AT&T had better service I would use them but they don't... and unfortunately they are the ones with the low prices and the more significant coupons (7% & 10%)... Maybe CallingMart should offer better coupons for the better service providers? I think that's a wonderful idea! Otherwise, I'm happy with CallingMart and their customer service.
Simple online transaction. As expected, purchase minutes package and immediate confirmation, receipt, and phone input code provided on the site. No waiting for it to be emailed.
I will purchase from again and would suggest to anyone that needs to purchase minute packages for PagePlus network.
We used another website to purchase calling cards and kept having issues with receiving the PIN number. They never answered their phone and I could never reach a customer service person. Then I found Calling Mart. So far their site has worked perfect and if I need to call them, they answer.
Great prices on wireless phone refills. You get the PIN instantly on the screen. You also get a confirmation email containing the same PIN if you choose to load it at a later time. Be sure to sign up for their mailing list because they frequently contain coupon codes to save even more.
I've been refilling my mom's and grandfather's gophone every year since the first (the first year I used pinzoo) through calling mart. Costs about $88 for $100 worth of credit. There is almost always a promo code available, which can be easily found using Google. The process is instant. I just login to att and paste in the code they give me immediately after my purchase finishes. - I don't even need the phone to refill the minutes I compare prices with other sites before I buy. In summer there sometimes are a couple of offers on ebay that are cheaper here and there - but almost always callingmart is the cheapest. This last time I got even more off because they have a rewards program that is $1 off per point earned. I forgot to apply this before my latest purchase, and the customer service was excellent - they refunded me the couple dollars the same day - on black friday!
Highly recommend.
I had an amazing experience ordering from your company. The web site is very easy to use even for those that are not so computer savvy. I also like that you offer prepaid deals for those that don't utilize their phone so often. Providing this opportunity to your customers allows us to save our Monsey instead of spending 50$ a month.
I have used them to top up T-Mobile and Tigo Guatemala. I like a simple web site straightforward website, even if it seems a bit unpolished because I often have to deal with slow connections. Considering all the many options it's not hard to find what you want. And it has always worked for me
My wife and I have been using CallingMart for our T-Mobile prepaid service for over 3 years now. We never experienced any issues with their service. I had to call customer service once, it was my fault (user error), the service agent on the other end was patient and extremely helpful in resolving my error.
Overall, we're extremely happy with the service.
I recommended CallingMart to our friends as well.
A definite savings over doing it at my service provider's website, even without a discount code. Very easy to use site & I can load it directly to my phone.
I've been using CallingMart exclusively for my cellphone refills for several years and have never had a problem. The service is quick, easy, and I always get a discount. Site navigation is clear and I have a history of my purchases to make reordering simple. I'm very satisfied and will continue to use CallingMart for my phone refills.
In the land of recharge cards there are a lot of companies. This one always lives up to expectations and the codes always work. The payment is secure and I view this by far as the most reliable business in the US market.
Had some difficulty adding to my Verizon account. This turned out to be a Verizon issue, not Callingmart. The Callingmart representatives I dealt with worked effectively to resolve the issue. I am impressed with this and will recommend Callingmart to anyone who could use it's service.
