After I realized that I was 30 days past my chance for AT&T to purchase my old phones, I googled how to sell them, and BuyBackTronic's was on the list. I checked to see if it was a scam and only found good reviews. I filled out the questionnaire and sent the phones in the prepaid label. It was kind of scary waiting to hear once the phones had left my possession but when I did hear from them, they were telling me that they agreed my phones were in great shape and they sent me a check. Had I not tried it, I would have had two phones sitting here and be out almost two thousand dollars.

My experience with buyback Tronics was surprisingly easy. They made it very easy to begin the process and then quick and easy to make the exchange of the old phone. I would recommend their process to anyone.

I tried a different well known buyer of electronics first and was told my IPhone had no value. After I had them return it to me, I sent it to BuyBack Tronics and they sent me over $400.00 within a week. It was super easy and they paid me what my IPhone was worth.

I sent a perfect phone and it was told they couldn't take it but I know that phone was perfect I was confused so when it came back it was cracked up could of been mail process but take your phone local she was not honest sad I'm out of phone an money

Fantastic experience with BuyBackTronics from start to finish. Went on line chose BuyBack from ratings from reviews. Entered my information for my iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max. Quick & reasonable price offered for my iPhones. I accepted the offer. BuyBack provided shipping label for UPS. I packed my phones and carried them to my UPS Store. BuyBack covered the shipping. I received a confirmation email with in a day or so they received the phones. Would evaluate to determine if they agreed with my mint condition of the phones. Within a couple of days they agreed with my assessment of mint condition. Payment was issued by electronic check. BuyBackTronics fantastic to do business with highly recommend them.

I was told, after the fact, that only PayPal could be used for payment when I wanted a check. As a result I had to pay silly PayPal fees and now PayPal wants to send me tax forms because the amount was over $600. I should NOT be paying taxes on the profit I made for selling my old phones.

I wasn't sure how this proess was going to happen, because I've never done anything like this before. Everything went smoothly and I recieved my check just like they had promised to. I would do it again, they were easy to work with aand always kept me informed.

All in all, the sale went well. Though they could have responded quicker but that's just me.
If you take the eBay payment, you will pay the fees. That $3 and slow response time cost them a star.

I had the unfortunate opportunity to transact with BuyBackTronics. I feel completely duped but the process. My impression is that this is simply another internet driven company out to steal every dollar they can through a divide and conquer mentality. They separate you from your device and then change the deal arbitrarily. They make big promises to get your phone in their greedy hands and never give you the promised amount. Good faith Negotiations are null. They make an amended offer that is considerable less than agreed upon under the guise that the equipment will be returned to you if you don't agree with the revised offer. Of course everyone have a choice, but the hassle and additional risk of rejecting the revised offer and having the equipment shipped back didn't seem worth it so I accepted the offer. However, the business practices of BuyBackTronics I find to be unscrupulous. Do yourself a favor and go to any other company to sale your devices(unless you don't mind being short changed).
