I had to pay p@p to have the parcel delivered and also to return it this was over eight pounds fifty so iam very annoyed
Excellent service and brilliant communications. We did have a small problem (not the seller's fault), and it was dealt with very quickly indeed and to our complete satisfaction.
I ordered a parcel for a birthday present over a week ago now. The website said delivery would be Wednesday. However I received an email saying dispatched from the warehouse but that was it no parcel no tracking number. Which means its now to late for the birthday
Easy to order online, the goods arrived on time and in good condition. The whole experience was easy and stressless.

Delivery was on time and the delivery had track information. It was not possible to change the delivery time although a feature. I was able to make alternative arrangements to take delivery although this would have not been my first choice.

Hi thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The only options we turn off on the UK Mail preferences is "leave safe" and "deliver to another address", this is to prevent theft and fraud which used to bite us before putting these implementations in. We can discuss changing addresses but it has to be done via our customer services team who will take a view on it. All but the lowest value of product will we allow to be left safe as ultimately if it goes missing, customers still want their goods or a refund. Kind regards, Mike
Well it arrived today, 14th Feb, after ordering and paying for 48hr delivery on 19th Jan. A catalogue of screw ups with me having to chase and chase and chase. You get the gist I'm sure.
Never ever again. I hope you are luckier than I was if you go ahead. Ironically, the item I ordered is perfect, just 4 weeks to wait!

After informing buy a parcel that we had not received our item when we ordered it 7 days ago it was with us the next day

The item I ordered was a competitive price and quickly delivered. However, I was kept informed of a delivery time and actually saw the delivery van drive past. I had a missed call from him so quickly called him as he was at top of the road. He told me he had delivered my parcel which I hadn't had but he had left it in the porch of a neighbour. I told him it was the wrong house but he refused to go and get it, even though he was only 300 metres away. I ended up going down the lane and getting it myself. My email also said it was signed for, which it wasn't as there was no one at the neighbours house.
First time I've used Buyaparcel, but I'll definitely use them again, informed me from the start of my order, right up to the delivery day. Recommend 100%.
