Literally the worst company I've ever dealt with. No way to contact them, they waste tons of your time and fix almost nothing. Super stressful. I'd rather die than deal with these people. They are rude and told me to fix my own fan/light which another roommate has remote crosswired to. 3 Months of them controlling it I'm completely pissed off. Many other issues, no way to contact Bungalow I had to contact the maintenance service directly. It's always a new form of contact, a new employee, and the App almost never works. STAY AWAY. Will be posting this review everywhere.
Bungalow staff is disjointed and just as unpleasant as most other leasing and property management offerings. Their disconnected support systems, leasing services, resident onboarding, resident portal, and billing/payment teams are not designed to handle issues or set resolution expectations. They instead point to other departments or are dismissive and unhelpful with the sole purpose of closing their ticket. Don't expect any service, and know you'll only get enough human support to get you through the funnel. In a week, I signed a lease, could not change my move-in date, and received three different answers about my request from staff that reached out looking to move forward without reviewing my account. Finally, I had a staff member reach out demanding my amount due immediately, or they'll void my lease, completely passing the buck on my request. I told them to cancel my lease. Thank you for saving me the time, the most (un)helpful agent.

I'm a home owner, recently signed a contract with Bungalow. They promised to update me on the status on a weekly basis, but as soon as the lease's been signed, they've stopped responding to your emails / calls. The service they provide is the lowest quality job you can expect (they hire local ppl thru different App and provide no oversight to the job done), and no one really oversees the listing. I wish I have looked at these bad reviews before I signed the contract with them. Everyone is remote and there is NO ONE looking over your house or posting with the attention it needs.
I moved to my new house a few days back. I am very pleased with the services Bungalow is providing for their customers. My locality is peaceful and a bit secluded which is exactly what I was looking for. The customer support team were really helpful when I talked about my requirements and they helped me choose this home.
You can be sure that if you are acquiring Bungalow's services, they will be upfront with you about everything they have to offer to you and there's no shady business going on in any of their deals. I found my house to be precisely what it was described as and on top of that the way they handle everything in an efficient manner really makes it easy for their clients to deal with the whole process.

I applied to customer support managers and they explained everything in details. I described my situation and they promised to help me. I was so lucky whenI found out that they could help me with renting a house. They're true professionals, I bet.

I am intrigued by such ideas and completely satisfied.
Bungalow has the worst maintenance management. If you put a work order, they ask some third party to handle that, and never verify using their own team whether the work is legit or has been done. This is so bad because in my case, I'd put 3 or 4 work orders since I'd moved in, and none of them were completed. But the thrid party management would tell the bungalow that it's completed, etc, etc. They take 40 days to show up. P.S THEY DON'T CARE AT ALL. They only want you to pay rent, and when the time comes to fix it, it's an infinite loophole for the tenant. I'd had multiple issues like a roof leak, plumbing issues, power outages throughout living with them, 0 has been fixed for the past 5 months I've lived with them.
I was a bit skeptical about moving to a partnered accomodation but I did not have enough finances to afford a house all by myself. I am really thankful to Bungalow who helped me communicate with my housemate and turns out he is one of the coolest fellas. We have become buddies now and I thank Bungalow for the wonderful house and an awesome friend.

Reclaiming the deposit from them seems like an unattainable dream; they fabricate reasons to withhold it. Despite vacating the room on December 31st and providing photographic evidence of its cleanliness, the bungalow unjustly charged me $180. This charge resulted from a roommate placing their mattress in my room, a situation exacerbated by the bungalow's refusal to acknowledge their illegal entry. When confronted, they directed me to inquire about the charge from the same roommate who reported the unauthorized entry. Astonishingly, the bungalow apologized to the roommate for the breach. It becomes apparent that, due to my non-customer status, they are unwilling to return the money without providing any substantial reasons. Additionally, they imposed extra charges of $140 for monthly cleaning and $110 for move-out cleaning. It is advisable to steer clear of Bunglow to avoid falling into such traps.
It's been 3 weeks since I moved to my new house through Bungalow. I am really enjoying my stay here. The place and the locality was exactly as mentioned and the neighbors are very welcoming. The cleaning staff does a tremendous job and the place is kept very neat and clean.
Since this september, my monthly bill has been $70 higher without any reason (utility bill should go down since it is cooler). Bill details are not shown me anymore since September, so i do not why. I have autopay and every monthly bill was cleaned ontime, but i have $180 left unpaid. They are steeling
We signed 2 year contract with Bungalow in august 2021 (we're homeowners) - as soon as the contract was signed, nearly all communication dropped and it was nearly impossible to get ahold of a person by phone - right now it is not possible at all and all communication is via email, with weeks time wait each time. We were charged a fee for the smart lock and lied to that it was installed when it wasn't. Throughout the years we were charged for maintenance requests that were either incomplete or simple tasks were charged for with hundreds of dollars. Currently our contract is expiring at the end of the month, and per the contract we should have been notified whether the tenant is renewing, and/or whether Bungalow wants to renew the contract - no response for multiple emails again. Since we live in a different city we will now need to spend money on tickets to go there in September and pray and hope that the apartment has been vacated. Save your nerves and stay away.
Deyna is trash and ruined this entire experience. The company is going under and all their properties are being returned to the owner. They do not respond in a timely manner which makes us lose properties. Do not rent from this company and if you come in contact with Deyna run from it. She is trash.
The option to share a home with others is something that was very convenient for me. I was looking for a decent place for myself but I did not have enough with me to afford one all. By myself. I have now moved into a place of my liking and also have become good friends with my housemates.
Going through the process from looking for a place to signing a lease was seamless. I thought that such ease of renting was a thing of the past when I left New York and this is one of those times where I love being wrong. Great customer service from A-Z.
