I had them delivered to the property where we were going to plant them. They arrived right away, we purchased some tall metal posts and wrap to protect them from the deer and other wildlife and planted them. A bag of organic soil to each tree and fertilizer from Brighter Blooms. We are going to go into Winter any day and they have lost their little leaves so now we wait for spring and hope to get a few little blossoms! I did purchase the protection plan but they should be fine. Packed very well, no complaints.
It was very hot in Texas when my plants were delivered. Even though they were planted shortly after arrival, they did not fare well. They did send me one replacement, but the other two are barely hanging on.
I ordered this gift for my Director of Nursing here at our senior living community as a thank you for all her hard work. She is an extreme gardener so I thought she would love this. When the box arrived we opened it right away as we where so excited to give the lemon tree to her, and we where so upset as half the lemon tree was dead and it only look like a vine that is 2 ft tall. Very disappointing, and will never order again though this company

I had expected the tree to be much more branched out. It seemed as if it was over pruned when it came. Leaving only the few leaves that were on the main "trunk". I have had other people order from different places with much healthier looking trees. However this one was still okay and I hope it stays alive :)
Our delivery came late and the trees we had ordered paid the price. They looked pretty dry and unhappy upon arrival. Had some broken branches. We did not complain because although it will take some time, the trees will recover and we were aware there were no more in stock. I do not necessarily believe that your company could have done anything differently with shipping times running late across the country.

I had looked locally for a specific kind of tree, but no one carries it. I found it online at Brighter Blooms and took a chance on a sight-unseen purchase from a company that was new to me. Communication and tracking were excellent, and my tree arrived quickly. It had some damage to the trunk, so I notified Brighter Blooms right away in case the tree failed to thrive. They offered to replace it without waiting to see if it would live. What excellent Customer Service! Replacement street arrived a few days later in excellent condition. Thank you Brighter Blooms!
The people I spoke with were so helpful, very knowledgeable and friendly. The tree arrived in a little rough shape but not do to brighter blooms, was packed up tight and secure, the delivery company threw it around a lot by looks of box, weather was also very hot so some of the smaller branches were & are still turning black & dying but think it will rally
The leaves on my pear tree were pretty droopy when I unpacked it. Figured it was just from a voyage. Planted in a large container on my deck and plan to keep it small. Since then, many leaves have died. Feels early for that. I've been keeping it properly watered (I have a meter and test it daily). Not exactly sure what's going on. Hoping it'll bounce back!
The tree leaves were covered with some sort or dirt or soot. It took a very long time to rub it from both sides of the leaves. A solvent would have helped but I didn't know what to use & stuck with warm water. The white rag I used was stained a rust color. I personally think this caused more leaves than usual to fall off the tree when now looks sadly bare.

I bought a 10 pack of green giants for my back fence line. Those and Nigra were the two recommendations from my local greenhouse given the conditions of that particular area in my yard. I did doubt something so tiny but they've already grown a little and are as happy as can be! I also received a free lavender and that plant has easily doubled in size since planting in my rose garden.
I ordered 4 - 1 gal encore azaleas & they arrived in a long box. Once I got them all out at least 3 had main branches broken but the plants were covered in new buds so I cleaned them up, gave them some water & they are doing fine. They have new blooms every day! Even with the broken stems, I would still order again & recommend BrighterBlooms!
Amazing plant experts and beautiful plants! We had an early spring followed by a late snow. This caused the sapling purchased in the fall to bud early, then die. My 5 year old was singing to the tree everyday trying to make it feel better. Talking to the amazing experts at Brighter Blooms I was able to determine what happened, get a credit, and have a new tree (I chose to upgrade to the next size) sent out. My neighbor and I made the switch after my girls went to bed. My daughter is so proud of how well she took care of her tree and keeps telling it how good it's doing!
I received 3 fig plants in good timing with good communication along their journey but when I received the plants they were very disappointing as they were just twigs that looked dead, not at all what I was expecting or what is shown in their pictures. I conveyed my concern and disappointment and literally within the hour of them receiving my feedback along with pictures I sent, they promptly sent out replacement products. Very happy with how they handled things. The new plants are faring well and we look forward to eating lots of its in the near future. I highly recommend this company.
I ordered the Meyers 4 foot Lemon tree and Brighter Blooms did not disappoint! It came packaged securely and with obvious care as well as having easy to follow unpacking do's and don'ts. I will definitely be back when it is time to expand my gardens!
Arrived in poor condition. Have given it tender loving care to no avail. It would seem the plant stock was sickly to begin with. Debating whether I should keep the plant or dispose of it. Other purchases from Brighter Bloom have been healthy and are thriving.
Easy, simple to order on line. Arrived quickly and in terrific shape. The care given in the packaging was noticed and appreciated. Lost a few leaves after transplant but I think that's just due to stress. I am noticing new buds already.
Great service prompt delivery. Only problem is all the leaves and branches fell off the tree within a week of planting indoors in a pot. I have no idea if this poor tree will survive. I have sincere doubts. We shall see...
I ordered two plants. They came in the same box, and nearly all of he soil had fallen out of both pots before they arrived. They were shipped on their side, so this is not surprising. I am hoping the plans live.

I was very upset with the condition my plants arrived in. I planted all six hydrangeas right away and watered them hoping that they would thrive and 4 are still in poor condition and very droopy, one is completely dead. One seems to be coming back to life. I will certainly not purchase from Brighter Blooms again and I'm so discouraged that I'm out $455.

My black bamboo plant Was supposed to be 4 foot tall and healthy. There was one very thin branch that went for foot, all the others were less than a foot. I feel like I was taken advantage of and will not use their services again.
