One of my trees came damaged, it looks like it may bounce back so we will go ahead and plant it, I might be worried if I didn't have the warranty, but you can tell it was in good health before it shipped. The other 3 I bought came with no damage and look healthy. Overall I would purchase from brighterblooms.com again.

I ordered a grafted weeping cherry tree (7 foot) that was delivered with a number of broken branches. I received a very timely response from Brighter Blooms customer service, and we're watching the tree to see if it recovers.
My dogwood tree arrived in perfect condition only a few days after it was shipped. I had it installed right away with some good acidic compost. It suffered from shock for about 3 days. It is doing beautifully now.
It's been a great experience with our apple trees one tree is doing good the other has lost some of its leaves. I called and they said it's probably in shock and to give it a few weeks. Great customer service. Defiantly recommend.
Received my Red Coral Bark Japanese Maple in excellent condition. Leaves were still green and just a very few leaves browned. It was the right height and met my expectations. Shipment came as scheduled and I was notified of its arrival. Great Job
They arrived on time, I was concerned of the color of the leaves but Brighter Blooms sent me an email stating that was due to being in a dark box. I check on them everyday to make sure they are still alive, so far they are doing good. They were planted as instructed now we need for our weather to cooperate, calling for sunshine for the next 7 days. I hope to see beautiful flowers this summer.
I received my limelight hydrangea tree within a few days of ordering it. It was extremely well packaged and in great condition. It is now planted in its new home and leafing out like crazy. I would definitely buy from you all again!
I ordered a rosemary bush for my sister in NC, which arrived shortly before Christmas. It was dead about 10 days later. BB apologized & has a replacement plant on its way. Once a healthy plant arrives I can give a better review.
One of my plants arrived looking a little sick. I eventually called the help line and they were able to suggest potassium as a solution but it's quite disappointing knowing how much I paid, that I got a plant that was already deficient.

We have received 12 fruit trees from BrighterBlooms and are excited to see how they work in our geothermal greenhouse! There are a few successfully growing citrus in Nebraska, something not done before. We hope to provide great feedback about the trees as the year continues on!
The box was left at my front door upside down. My plants didn't looked as health as I expected. Some of the leaves has dark yellow spots on them but so far two of them seams didn't have problem to adapt to the new environment. After three weeks I saw some new leaf growing out now. Apart from one looks like it is still hibernate. I hope it's not dead so far no single leaf on the sad branches.
Some how you've got to make it so during delivery, the box is not trampled. I was so worried abt my plant once I saw the box.
This isn't an issue on your part. But I do know you can get involved with the shipping company. Making sure these boxes are handled with care.
My box was totally smashed on both sides of the box with the top caved in.
Luckily no damage caused to the lower half where the pot sat. Also no damage to the plant itself bc they are flat slivers.
The tree arrived safely however it was difficult to remove the burlap. We have kept it watered since we've had little rain. The tree has looked wilted since planting. My husband used to own a nursery and he doesn't think the tree will make it. I shall let you know if things look better. Please add our name for purchase next spring since we liked the tree so much.
The freeze Texas got this past winter is the worst I've seen in fifty years. I lost several trees and many smaller plants. I plan to slowly replant a few of these and add a couple additional varieties. I ran across Brighter Blooms on the internet and placed a small order. So far everything I've gotten arrived quickly, was in great shape and was ready for planting. Very, very healthy plants. I'm very pleased.
Bought a a very expensive 200$ fruit cocktail tree that is dying in lees than 3 weeks. The apple tree I bought from Lowe's for only 30 is full of leaves and healthy they were put in a day apart and Lowe's and Homedepot allows you to bring trees back within a year unlike brighter bloom who give no warranty on trees they are shipping terrible

I had inquired about a Weeping White Cherry Tree we had ordered that looked a little questionable (no root ball, just kind of fell out of the burlap sack), brighter blooms immediately sent a replacement tree and now it is thriving. We are very pleased with the whole experience and will continue our patronage!
I received my beautiful gardenia in wonderful condition. It had many buds, with one that bloomed within 3 days of being planted. The leaves are beautiful, and glossy. I will definitely order from Brighter Blooms in the future.
Received my 2 dogwood trees and free raspberry bush gift. The white dogwood was wilted upon arrival and other products were healthy. Followed the instructions for care and planting. White dogwood continued to wilt and some branches died. I contacted product specialist for replacement of sick plant and she suggested to give 2-3 more weeks to see if it would recover. Continue to watch it to die and will contact store in another week fir replacement.
The tree arrived in great condition. I planted it the same day. It seems to be holding up ok. The branches are healthy pink, however, the leaves appear to be drying up. We have had some very warm weather recently (no rain) so I've watered a little extra today. I'm being careful not to over water it.
