Last year I had applied for Canada PR with Brigade Visas. They had committed that they will arrange to get PR before 1 year or give my 100% fees paid. But even after 1 year neither I got my PR nor my 100% money back as committed by them. I had paid Rs. 82,600 and Rs. 1,200 towards consultancy fees and about Rs. 1.06 lacs for WES and IELTS. But now even after giving multiple calls to them they are not responding. They are not supportive at all. This is based on my experience with Brigade Visas

This consultancy doesn't know the eligibility criteria of the Canada PR visa process. Their company employees don't have knowledge at all in the visa process but, they claim you to be eligible for visa process in the first place, after you make the payment they will come up with a surprise that you are not eligible. When you ask for refund the very next day you make payment they will prolong the refund process as much as they can and throw you few penny against the huge lump-some amount we paid. My humble request don't believe this consultancy and waste your money. I was cheated 26,400 by them if you want to lose your hard earned money please don't choose them for your immigration plans.
