In July I purchased a small car tracker to locate my car if needed. The first red flag was a shipping charge of 19.95 for a 9.95 purchase. I did not sign up for anything as I knew I wanted to just see it first. I decided not to use but did not bother to spend more shipping cost. I finally was able to review bank statement charges after some health issues. They have been charging me 29.95 a month for services not used! Are you kidding! What manipulative and unethical thieves. When I called to see what this was All they kept saying was "So sorry, we will not reimburse." I am sure there are companies that will not steal from you. Do not buy from this one. Many reviews also state that the products from Brickhouse are poor quality and do not work.
Great tracker. Very small and almost invisible. I use the trackers on my fleet of semi trucks so I can track their movements hour by hour.

I placed and order well over a month ago and never received the Lil cheap GPS tracker.a d they said it was sent to my address and showed me a photo of someone floor witch was clearly not my home.then it was 2 big boxes in the pictures and I had a small tracking device. So it's a scam

The trackers aren't accurate, I have been "working" with the team for about 3 weeks and they still aren't tracking appropriately, they said its a new device with new technology, maybe work out the bugs before you sell it! After investing over $3,000 i cant afford to just drop service and cur my losses. I am stuck with them and have to figure out how to make it work. VERY frustrating!

This was the worst tracker ever! Came with little to no instructions on how to connect. Had to call Customer Service and Tech support to get the tracker operational and explain how it worked. Used for one day then the App would not connect. They where prompt in accepting my money for a subscription for a product that barely works. Customer Service was sarcastic and rude when called. I would not recommend using these items from this company at all! Now I'm stuck with a brand new GPS Spark Nano 7 tracker that do not work!

Purchased the Spark Nano 7 with the intent to install in a personal rental vehicle at a later date. I didn't know that they automatically start charging you at 3 months at a time once you purchase the device with no authorization. You have to navigate to a completely separate page to get this information and it is not forthcoming.
Very unethical business practice that preys on people not navigating to a small tab amongst several other tabs. BUYER BEWARE!
I have been using their GPS device for awhile now and it has its good and bad days. It will stop tracking at times and it use to would show me more of the landscape surroundings but now it only shows the place on the map. It just started this about 3 months ago and ion like it bc I be wanting to see. I have to keep calling the maintenance line to get it started again.

When you go to their site they do not explain the monthly charge until you actually purchase the product. Then you call to cancel and they say it has shipped but has not so now you have to wait to receive it and return the product in order to get a refund. I own an asphalt business in Ohio. We are a seasonal business because of the weather. For the last three years we have called in late fall and paused the service until the following spring. When I called this spring to activate the devices a customer service agent told me that the service was not paused last fall. I asked for his supervisor and he told me that his supervisor didn't talk to customers. I am disputing the charges and will be on every forum possible to tell others to BEWARE. I called to cancel and they conned me into two free months, I accepted. Two days ago I remembered to concel and called them but they were too busy so they'll call you back and hold your place in like, it never happened and the open chat that kept me sitting here for two hours responded at closing that they couldn't cancel I would have to call the number that never returned my call. Guess what happened yesterday? The SOB's billed me... They'll be refunding that and you now know the crooked SOB's operating methods...
The people on the phone helped me when I got confused. They showed me how to make the GPS tracker work the way I wanted. I made geo fence and alert for when my tracker leaves the house or when the speed is too fast

I bought a brickhouse device to test it out. I just agree on the charge for the device by pass any usage plan. Few days later I receive the device, turned it on to run around the neighbourhood to test. Everything seems to work fine. I have yet to have plan of using it. Then a day later, I saw another charge of $74.97 from Brickhouse on my credit card. This type of illegal charging is a scam routine on the making. Don't buy from this company.
After purchasing two units, we had the first one attached to my dad's car and they told us 214.00 a year. We paid it, now the second one attached to my mother's car. Now they are saying that it is 161. Every three months. They are out of their minds.

I have previously spent 7 hours with their tecnical department out of the Phillipines trying to get a product of their's to work. Never could get it to work. I then swore I would never use their products again. After years I tried them again. After using one of their devices on a monthly basics I stopped service and they continued to bill me for four more months and now will not credit me with the over charge. Have had to block them on my credit card of additional charges. They were sneaky on this deal as they gave me a free month and then claimed I needed to have contacted them again to discontinue service for the second time. I do not do business with people who are dishonest and will never deal with them again.

Love it! Needed to purchase two, so that we have no down-time when the other nano is charging. It is about 90% accurate with addresses. Inexpensive, and is helping track evidence in a divorce situation. Would recommend this product.
