Placed order & never received. Only gift for Christmas. No gift for my son, it was his only gift.
There have been several times that my order wouldn't go through using a credit card. It was denied and even blocked for several reasons, or the page would just freeze. Even after completely closing the site and opening it again, my previous credit card information would still be filled in the boxes. Scary.
I found myself wasting my time with Brad's Deals even if it's an item that could be picked up locally, it's just not worth the risk to me anymore.
And there is one item I received that began failing after just a few months.

Literally a storefront for scams so that they can claim zero responsibility. All emails regarding my order came from a fictional website that closed down and fake shipping details. Been hounding for refunds and their resolution team kept trying partial refund. I reported to my credit card company ss scammers. Dont bother replying to review brads scammers

Saw a deal for Stanley water bottles and thought it was great. Now all of a sudden they are coming from China. The tracking sucks and it isn't updated and I have been waiting for 3 weeks. Now I'm wondering if they are even legit Stanley cups. They are easter gifts and i do not think they will be here in time

I strongly advise against doing business with Brad's Deals, as my experience reveals they are a fake firm. Be aware of any involvement, since it may result in money loss and other consequences.I received my money back, which was the only way I could go about it. I got assistance from. I recently purchased two sets of earbuds brads deals tells me there's nothing they can do about it. I have to try to remember who I purchased them from. I was emailed no receipt. Their customer service said there's nothing they can do about it so if you purchase anything for them, you're doing it at your own risk horrible experience because they're just a third-party person making money neither pair work in the earbud company doesn't even have a customer service number because I believe they're no longer in existence.

The copied you on this email that they said you could get rid of the old ones and they were sending new ones. Did you not get that message? Please check your SPAM folder. I tried several times to process my payment with my card several times. I was given a mess each time that the payment could not be processed. My card is fine. I double checked. I even used a different card just in case my bank had some kind of security note on my card but that one failed too. Very annoying.

I placed an order on Aug 2, on Sep 1, the tracking web site provided by Brads showed that my order was delivered. I however, never received any part of the order. I have been in contact with their customer service and they tried to blame me and say that my billing and shipping address are different. I checked my order summary and they are exactly the same. Customer service advised that they are helping me by offering a 50% refund. I advised that 50% is not acceptable since I received 0% of the order. I insisted on a full refund and have contacted my CC to dispute Brads Deals fraud and theft.

I have ordered a few products and 2 out 3 were great. The reason I am leaving this review is to ask Noah with Brads Deals to make sure the item that is pictured is for sale. I have wanted to order a couple of items that were shown in the picture and they were not available. I looked for the items as soon as I received the email. I don't believe they would be sold out. I have enjoyed the website for Christmas bargains. I do think that 3 emails a day is a little much.
Watch out for BarkBox. They reel you in by offering a one time purchase of $12.81. Then before you realize it, they have you signed up for a monthly subscription of $48.00. When you try to contact someone, you can never talk to a real person. Shysters!

Love their daily newsletter! At first it's easy to go crazy and buy all the amazing deals that were sent, so I had to slow myself down! Lots of coupon codes or special discounts for "Brad's Deals Members" which is very nice and usually just requires you go through their link. My recent fave was saving money on flowers for Mother's Day! By going through Brad's Deals I saved the shipping fee which can be like $15. It can be a lot of emails if you're away for awhile, but hey, that's what a daily email entails. I see no legitimate reason to complain. One of my best finds!
It seems like on every review page about every super sale site theres always gonna be the people with bad experiences. I have a hard time with Amazon on occasion and the places they use to distribute goods. I'll only say buyer beware of anything your buying online a save the transaction receipts and confirmation numbers if problems arise.
Should not have been able to get through the entire purchasing of the purse if they were out of stock. Unsure if this is Coach's error or Brad's Deals, but either way, I won't feel comfortable using this site again. Very disappointing to find such a great deal, only to be told many days later that the purse was not even available.
This is not a legitimate business. Their contact information is really a front to scam people. Their app and website are data mining. They obtain or purchase peoples personal information. They brag about having over 10 minion e-mail addresses on their careers page, which they've purposely hidden off their site map.
Their contact information also does not connect you to real people. They also don't know if they are located in Chicago or the Virgin Islands. Sources from BBB and their own emails.

I've been waiting 1 month for underware. I'm saving $15. Next time I'll pay the $15. I get an email that they shipped only to find out the label was created a week ago but no pickup. Thanks but no thanks. VERY disappointing. I could have purchased through Amazon and received it 3 weeks ago. DO NOT do it. My dad once said,"if it's too good to be true, it usually is"!

This website is very disappointing every time I try to order something I cant get into the site or when placing an order only for the seller to tell me it is not available a week later, and then try to get my money back. Then Brads deals sends an email stating "congrats on your order"(which I never got) if you only really knew what your customers were going through on our end... so frustrating!

First time orderer and when I received the product it was much cheaper looking than the product pictured (jewelry). Won't insult my wife by giving this item to her. Their site doesn't allow me to send them a message without belonging to twitter or facebook, and I will not chance getting a computer virus by subscribing to those sites.
They are always out of stock of items listed by Brads Deals. Very disappointed. These same shoes are available at several local stores too. Target, WalMart, ETC.
I placed order for the above shoes, and am yet to receive an acknowledgment. I have written to you privately & got no reasonable response. All you did was to write stating that you provide customers the best deals from the web- whatever that means. I hope you know that Brad's deals is culpable if I don't receive my order? Answer: That happened to me when I ordered something from EBAY before. I had to call the bank and have them credit me for the $ taken out of my account, then do the whole process over. EBAY, and PayPal were not helpful to me at all. I spent two days on phone calls, trying to get them to help.
