The price was OK but i could have got it at my pro shop cheaper after paying for drilling. If you buy from them there isn't any charge.
I ordered the Linds brand shoe and later was notified that this brand was no longer in stock. Had to go through the company to order, in which, I had to pay extra. Would have been nice if this shoe had not been listed through you because I placed the order with a credit card. I ordered another product(glove)and received it without difficulties.
I will use your company again for future products.

Website is user friendly however it would be nice to be able to do a ball search by weight. That would be a time saver. Also it is kind of hard to make a rating on buying from you again until I receive my order. But I am giving you a 4 in anticipation of a good experience.

If you're going to provide a tracking # for the customer, try to use a courier that will update their sites with information. I seen nothing for almost 3 weeks and emailed you guys twice and my concern was not given the attention it should have gotten. Don't bother give a tracking# if its not going to be updated with the package progress. Just tell the customer it will show up...eventually
