I thought my coupon code take5now said I would get $5 off my order and a free micro fiber towel. I got the $5 off but did not receive the towel. It may have been my misunderstanding, either way it is no big deal I am just happy I got my ball quickly. Thank you Jerry

Very easy process
I appreciate being able to find a pair of Linds again after I heard that they no longer make shoes for bowlers. After receiving the product in the 1 shipping day I upgraded to, I could not be any happier than I am right now. I was able to use them 3 hours after receiving the shoes. I am only sorry that I did not find your site 1 and a half years ago when I needed another pair of shoes, and purchased the wrong brand and size. I will thoroughly enjoy the product I purchased from you for many years, Lord willing.

I know it was free shipping, the only issue i had was delivery. Bc i knew what day it would show up, but i was waiting around for it and finally arrived 6 pm. wish i wouldv known that it would have arrived that late. Maybe ups could have sections. Meaning when a person tracks it, then could see around what time it should arrive. Ex. 8am - 12pm, 12pm - 4pm, 4pm - 8pm. That was the only issue i had

Check out was a little confusing - hope the engraving I paid for gets on the ball!
The combo that I purchased said "Out of Stock" however that was last years version of the ball - this years was same package but site did not note this anywhere.
Ended up I got exactly what I paid for and was very pleased - just dont get frustrated when you cant reach anybody by phone or e-mail for a few days!
