I've - but didn't answer my question, instead saying something vague suggesting they would correct the FT. They did, however, restate that it had been shipped. On the 24th the site finally showed an update, saying it had shipped. I emailed, again, politely asking if this could be accurate, as I had been assured on the 13th that it had shipped. They replied on the 27th, stating it was shipped "many days ago, however it was returned, so we have to reship it" WHAT? It's now Nov 8th. Last nite I finally contacted them again, reviewing the whole sorry history of this order, expressing my disappointment, and asking them to cancel it and refund my PayPal. I used the "support ticket" function on their site. I just logged in to see if they had responded & found the ticket "closed", with no response?! Needless to say, I suppose, my PayPal hasn't been refunded.
This is literally the single worst customer service experience I've ever had. All I can say is, buy from them at your peril.

I got a polish called Fairbanks Arts as a sample and I am amazed it's so beautiful than I imagined it and let me tell you the pictures are not showing the full beauty of these polishes. Before this I have other brand magnetic polishes but they don't give the cat eye effect as much as it does. The magnet for these polishes must be used strong ones if you want full effect from these magnetic polishes. And before applying the polish you have to apply black polish as a base cause the polish have black base in it, to give full opaqueness you have to try black as a base. You can try with any colours. When I try the magnet on this polish watching the glitters moves is soo amazing and wonderful. Just apply black base and one single and try magnet on it for like 10sec after that if you still little unsatisfied try another coat of this magnetic polish and again magnet for same 10 sec. That's it seal it with top coat and you're done. The process will take max of 30 mins.

Their site says they ship with in "24hrs" which is untrue. It is been 10days and the order has not shipped, this was the first red flag. Since the order has not shipped I asked their costumer service to please cancel the order since I will be moving and won't be able to get the package due to their delay. THEN, suddenly they tell me that the order got shipped that day, but they can't give me the tracking number that I had paid for- just bs. SO pretty much I am stuck with an order that they have not shipped as of yet, and they refuse to cancel it. BE WARNED, their costumer service are experienced at bs. They don't care about costumer service or whether their products will arrive or when will they arrive, they only care about getting to charge your credit card-stay away.

The products are very cheap and good quality.

The fan brush is really goodñ. Obivously it is not a MAC brush but it's very good for its price.

In spite of the fact that this is a "chinease" website or things like that and you can think that the quality is going to be awful it was really good

BPS also has a point system which you could use towards something you buy. So say you just purchased something, you gain some points. When you send in a review on their product VIA their site, you gain some points. If you send in an image of the product, you gain some points. All of this along with some others, must be approved of review before your points are added.

When I need nail art decorations or my brushes for nail art, I head to them! Friendly service & by far one of my fave companies to shop at online!

I have purchased items from this online store previously and had not have bad experiences. However, this one experience, from beginning to end has been highly unsatisfactory. Products are usually shipped within a day or two of receiving payment; my order was shipped almost 3 weeks after receiving payment. I had to reach out to find out what was going on, and the company claimed that the initial shipment was returned because one item did not clear customs; I had ordered this item before and there was never a problem. Almost two months later, I finally get my order. One item breaks within minutes, the other not only breaks but gives me a severe rash. I immediately outreached to the company again and inquired about a refund or credit for the full amount due to their poorly made products. They asked me questions about the products, asked me to send pictures, all of which I did. For over two months, I've repeatedly asked for a full refund or credit. Instead, I was offered coupons for $1, $5, and $8, and finally when I showed some frustration, a $10 coupon because according to the company, a full refund or credit would be "too expensive". It's frustrating and insulting to me that a company I've purchased from in the past is aware that I received poorly made products and yet refuses to refund or credit me the full amount of what I paid.

I couldn't believe how many options this site has. They have everything from nail decorations, jewellery, and other really fun accessories (My favourite being the Chanel iphone cases). Their customer service was impeccable and really just a fun site. They also offer free worldwide shipping which I really like.
I was really pleased with my package that I received this week. The products came a long way and it was wrapped securely and arrived in one piece. I thought the interaction with this company was also very professional and friendly. I couldn't believe how easy it was to check out and to create an account. I am pleased with my items as well. I have gotten loads of comments already about the products I bought from them. I also wanted to point out that they offer so many products. There is something on this website for everyone. I highly recommend this company, because I feel like if something happened to your order that you would get a great response based on their great customer service.

Very similar to others on here - I ordered in November for an item I wanted for New Year, hadn't arrived by Christmas so I contacted them to find out what was going on. Tracking doesn't work, raised a ticket and got what seems to be the stock answer - wait for another 1-2 weeks, be patient, we will be responsible for your order, do not worry.

To cut a LONG story short, I have now had a multitude of excuses, blaming many things for the delay, including items being out of stock, lots of orders, liquid items, customs clearance, the shipping agents, the weather, the holidays, international delivery, supply and demand etc etc (all of these excuses are taken directly from their various ticket responses).

I had to go out and purchase elsewhere at higher price as I didn't receive the order in time for New Year. I am now going through Paypal for a refund, as all they keep saying is "it will arrive in recent days, do not worry!" (This I assume to be a copy/paste response, as it seems are most of their replies)

To those that say I should just be patient as it's China, sorry but no. I ordered based on the advertised 24 hour dispatch time and 15-20 working days delivery. If they'd sent it in the 24 hours as stated rather than a whole WEEK later (which I now see is not unusual at all with this company) it may have arrived in time. Instead, it was received today.

If they can't be honest about their dispatch and delivery, then this isn't a company I want to deal with, no matter how cheap their prices. They out and out lie to customers. I will never use this company again.
