I placed an order on 4/24/17 and paid an additional charge for express shipping. 11 days later the nightmare started. I was told twice my order had shipped but had been delayed because it was a large order for the manufacturer (which tells me they aren't making the stuff but are ordering it somewhere) Asked twice what carrier it was shipped with? Finally, I was told with DHL. I called DHL and was told there was NO shipment yet. I emailed BP again and told them the items were NOT shipped as per DHL. I was then told the items had shipped and BP would send me the tracking number. Never received it. I then emailed BP and told them if my items were not shipped by Monday May 8 to cancel the entire order and refund my money. Again, BP said the order was already shipped BUT it was returned by customs because of some error (see another post here with the same excuse) On May 15th. I get a visit from a neighbor who has signed for a package. It's from BP and it was shipped on MAY 12th! Not only were they supposed to cancel my order and refund my credit card but they blatantly lied to me several times. I shipped the package back to them on May 17th. With DHL and emailed BP of this. It cost me $141.00 for return shipping. I then call my bank and open a dispute with BP so my funds will be credited back to my account. The NEXT day I found out my only brother died. It was unexpected and was riddled with questions, travel and paperwork. The dispute paperwork from my bank was all forgotten about until I was returning from my brothers memorial in Ohio on July 30th. When I noticed my bank released the funds back to BP. I contacted my bank again, explained the situation and was told to send BP the paperwork and signature confirmation showing their merchandise was returned. BP claims (BIG SURPRISE) they never received the package and doesn't know where it is. Once I filled out the banks paperwork and included all 16 pages of documents, including emails, my money was returned. This all started on 4/24 and finally resolved on 8/9. Also, when I placed the initial order I thought that BP's business was in California as it leads you to believe on their website. After contacting authorities in California I now see their "California" store is coming soon!
To say this business KNOWS every loophole, knows the cost of returning items is prohibitive and lies to keep your money is an understatement. I wonder how many people don't bother returning the merchandise because of the costs involved?
Product review: I did open and try one small gram jar of "unicorn holigraphic powder". I have been doing nails for over 20 years so I know what I'm doing. Their holigraphic powder slides and flakes off the nail. I tried different UV gels with the same effect. It's pure crap! It's more of a glitter than a nail effect.
I will never again order from BornPrettyStore and I hope my experience helps others before buying from them.
The order was placed on 1/12/17 and supposedly all shipped on 1/22/17-Way past the 24 hours promised by the company. Here is the conversation from my ticket inquiring on where my order was. Please note that it was already about 4 weeks from the order date and three weeks from the shipping date. The group I referred to in my latter messages was this one and thank GOD I found the correct shipping site. As of this posting, the shipping service does not have the other 2 parcels or info meaning they just shipped the damned thing.

That is over a month from when I ordered it, not 24 hours as promised by your website. The websites you gave me were completely incorrect and I am very angry. I will probably never order from you again since I was lied to and you did not send the package when you said you did. Also, if there were 3 parcels, then there would be 3 tracking numbers. You did not ship it within 24 hours as promised. In all the conversations, I never got the other 2 tracking numbers. No, I will not be ordering from you again. I have talked to some other people and apparently you state that the parcel was returned from customs every time there is a delay in shipping the items ordered.
The website banner says "free shipping worldwide; ships within 24 hours". That's BS. Here's my experience: If you use their free shipping, you get cute and fun stamping plates... in about a month. Following their order status is a waste, because it's infuriating to see only a week later that it will post "shipped" while contacting them as to why the website states it still hasn't shipped and the tracking button will only tell you "Tracking you order, please waiting for response..." but never anything else. Someone will response to your inquiry stating, please be patient as it takes time between countries. Then, you wait another three weeks before it arrives, and one of the four plates you ordered is a random item. So contacting them about the mistake, you get a response the next day asking for a photo of the wrong item and only then they offer you a credit which requires an additional order. I thought I would give them a second chance but this time pay the registered shipping fee and maybe the tracking would work and I would get it faster. My mistake! Took a week and a half to ship! I'm hoping there's no mistake this time because I will not be ordering again any time soon. If there is something wrong, it was cheap enough that I didn't really lose money. Update* There were no errors on my second order, but even though I paid for shipping, it took almost six weeks to arrive (Nov 24 order date-Jan 3 delivery date)! And I'm still waiting for my free prizes from their anniversary giveaway and promotional giveaway! *Back to original review...
Your best bet with using this company for supplies is to place your order and set a reminder on your phone/calendar for four weeks later and if it arrives before then, you can be excited. I imagine why it takes so long (warning: sarcasm)--they probably wait for your payment to clear (one week), get cash, walk over to the nail supply store (probably takes all day), buy your items, go to the post office, package it (another day), maybe they forgot your address or enough cash for postage, so they have to try again the next day (you know, since it's so far to the post and they don't drive). They probably only have one truck per day (probably the same truck) leave the post office and go to the airport, so you loose a day if you didn't time it properly. They probably also only update the shipping info once a week or so manually on the computer (maybe they have to go to a public computer) just to look like a legit business; I doubt it's automatic like in the US with the scanners and bar codes. You can't beat the prices... but you have to WAIT. You can weigh that against some other companies which are a little more pricey, but have reliable shipping. *Update: If you paid for shipping, you have to cut and paste your tracking number to this website http://www.17track.net/en/ to track your package. It does not work if you used free shipping. Save your $3 and the anxiety and use the free shipping; the tracking was two business days off (inaccurate by two business days--said it was delivered on Friday and Monday was a holiday, actually received it on Tuesday).

I received 2/4 packages. Customer Service is NICE, when you get a hold of them. I had to go to their Facebook page for a reply. Seriously, if I don't get a reply, I am blowing bad reviews everywhere. There is supposed to be 48 hour reply on all email messages. I sent mines today. Back to my experience this time.
On October 11th, When I replied with them to follow up, they told me Hong Kong had some sort of package problem? Which is true, but why was NO ONE INFORMED? I was told to wait a week…
Following up I asked where my packages were, I was told "Many customers siad they received the parcel recently, Could you please wait for another one week? If you still don't get it, please let me know."
I emailed them today, customer service is NICE when you get a hold of them. Answers are supposed to be responded within 48 hours?

Here's the trick though...
I order something else with them on September 20th, assuming my package was 'delayed'.
This time I paid the additional 3$ to track my order.
The first week of October my package that was tracked got to my house.

I've been trying to email the customer service the 3 weeks on news of my package, and I have got NO REPLY. I thought Verizon Customer Service was horrible, but after this, I'm considering giving them another chance...
With all this said, be careful of this website. SPEND the 3$ to track your package! Customer Service only gets back to you if you have a question REGARDING the product! I tried having a conversation with one of their representatives about a product, then change the conversation to me missing product and I DID NOT GET A REPLY!
If I receive my packages within the next month I will add a comment, but I will not change my views on their customer service!
