Born Pretty Store is a great online store where you can purchase many beauty supplies. They even have jewelry and even some clothing items. Born Pretty Store have very low prices for items with such good quality. My twin and i love to do our nails and can buy cheap nail decals and tools that will help us with that. I always get many compliments on my nails and i thank Born Pretty Store. Also its free shipping and will be received within days. I definitely recommend Born Pretty Store to everyone!

I have placed 3 orders w/this company the first order was ok but it took quite awhile for me to receive it. The second order was missing a item (they didn't refund me) the third order they didnt even bother to ship at all nor did they refund me. Its been well over a month and i received nothing. I email them and they bull$#*! me and say they will take care of it but never do. I would not recommend this site its a ripe off. Customer service sucks and it takes almost 2 months to receive your purchase. If you receive it at all. Very disappointed.

I purchased several items in December last year and even paid a little extra to be able to track it. DO NOT DO THAT! Their tracking doesn't even work! Then on top of that I haven't received anything even though it says it all shipped in December and it is now almost February! I have tried contacting them several times and still havent even heard anything from them! I am very unsatisfied! Don't let them steal your money it wasn't just me this happened to, read the other comments too!

I've used lots of gorgeous nail items from Born Pretty Store. Their products are very good quality, unique and most of all very pretty! I love their nail polish and all nail gems and nail stickers which are incredibly good value for money. I can purchase things from them that I can't buy in the UK and they offer FREE shipping, which is fantastic and what makes me buy from them again & again. They also have a point reward system, so the more you buy the more you save! Communications are excellent and you are always kept in the loop with your order. I love Born Pretty & their products, one of my fave online websites. Highly recommended!

I ordered some items from born pretty in November after several emails inquiring about where my items were I had to dispute the charges with my bank because as of today January 12th I still have not received my shipment. The replies that I received back from them was always that the order had been shipped. I realize that the product is coming from China; however it should not take two months. I would not suggest ordering from this company.

I love all of the products I have from Born Pretty Store! All of the eyeshadows I've gotten are great quality. The shades last all day on my eyes and blend beautifully. The textures of the shades are amazing as well! I also love the brushes I gotten from there. The work just as well as brushes 5 times the price, so I will keep buying brushes from there in the future. No need to worry about shedding, and the brush handles feel very high quality! Overall, this store is great! I highly recommend them!

I tried to pay for my order with a Visa gift card. Short story, they claim to but don't accept Visa gift cards and likely won't in the future.

Long story, I contacted about the issue, was given the run around, and asked to screenshot my process ordering. The tone was astonishingly blaming - did you enter your information correctly? Other customers have paid with gift cards. You shouldn't have a problem. I attempted the order six to eight times before I was asked to screenshot and surrendered. I ordered with PayPal for the sense of closure.

Their customer support is genuinely not supportive. They made no effort to apologize for my difficulties, let alone right an issue with their ordering system or alert future customers that that form of payment is not supported. It surprised me that there was nothing but insistence that I was the problem, refusal to investigate/apologize, and long wait times for response. My issue was a simple fix that was not resolved.

I do not recommend.

I have just had the most disgusting experience with Born Pretty…i purchased stamping plates and ink for the plates. The ink was so watery and thin it did nothing but run everywhere and didn't show up on the nails, so i tried an original Konad colour with the plates, still nothing worked. The plates are not deep enough. They are useless. Have contacted the company several times only to be given the run around every time. Will never deal with this company again. Have done my money!

BornPrettyStore is a great online store to shop for a very affordable items from cosmetics to a variety of accessories... I did receive a couple of items from them for review and so far I am satisfied. I would love to recommend their eyelashes since I often use it for personal purposes and for my model as well. The only cons is that it takes a few weeks to receive the items since I am residing at Middle East, but no worries since it is free shipping! So yeah I would really love to deal with them once again.

Born Pretty Store is an adorable american online store perfect for really affordable accessories, watches, phone cases and much more, I am very pleased with the item that I received. Considering how affordable the watches are it is pretty good quality and for looks far more expensive than it is. A bright coloured watch is a perfect way to add some colour to any outfit and it also great way to add a statement accessory to any casual outfit. I highly recommend you check out the website as it is a great place to find some great deals and with christmas around the corner you would be able to find great gifts a great prices for sure.

This is my go to website for all my nail supplies. I left my old website & now do all my orders from here. The quality of things is really good & prices are super cheap compared to the other website I used to use. Another thing I like about them is their costumer service. I've had to reach out to costumer service a few times about items being damaged or missing & they always correct the error. That's what keeps me as a costumer.

BornPretty has a wide variety of false lashes! They are absolutely beautiful and pretty nice quality. They also have a lot of nail art supplies, which is great!
They also carry blushes, pallets, brushes, and a whole lot more for the makeup needs, BornPretty is pretty great for buying a bunch of lashes~

I had no problems ordering from them, the shipping might be a bit slow coming from China, but other than that nothing went wrong!
