Honestly, when I first started working with Boostability, I thought I'd made a mistake. I felt like I wasn't getting the service I was paying for. I couldn't communicate with my account manager, he just wasn't present. I called Boostability to share my frustrations and concerns, as I asked for a new manager. My wish was more than granted and fulfilled. I now have April Nuttal and she's wonderful. She has been patient and more than helpful in explaining how SEO's work, she had made huge gains for me on my website just by making suggestions, adding keywords and overall communication. I feel we are a team working together to make each of us successful. Thanks again, April

My SEO campaign has improved my business 100%. I'm a fairly new online business and I knew it would take some time, as explained by April. I needed to be recognized by GOOGLE as a company doing business and gain some authority. This is the helpful stuff I've learned from April... otherwise who knew! As the months progress my business has really taken off the past couple of months. Its a great feeling when you see the fruits of your labor and your passion with the help of others come to fruition.

My company is turning the corner and starting to make a profit, I can also reach out to April if I have any questions regarding my campaign, she's always there to help. As any new business starting off you have operating expenses, such as office equipment, supplies, utilities, rental unit, and a lot of hidden cost's that you don't even realize until you're in it. The name of the game is to stay with it and don't give up. Follow the dream... the beginning is the hardest time, but as day's week's and month's go by you can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Take notice that 80% of the negative scores against this company are from ONE GUY! Who seems to have a grudge against the whole industry. (you'll find his comment on nearly every review essentially claiming that If the review is good it must be bogus). There is really no way (and frankly, no need) to prove to Jose that I and other reviewers who have left a positive review are not employees of the company. I state simply that our experience as clients of Boostability has been a good one. Well priced, good service, no complaints

I find it impressive that the President of the Company has responded to, and in some cases apologized for, and resolved issues that have been presented in this public forum. Find me another company does that!

I just started with Boostability. I hired them yesterday with a $500 down payment and a commitment to continue paying for 90 days to see if they can meet my needs and make good on their promises. My welcome meeting with them is today at 2 PM Eastern time 11-27-2012.

I gotta admit, they sell well. I spoke several times with a guy named Jessie. He is professional, likeable, and seems to know his stuff. Boostability's prices appear reasonable, and they make promises that appear reasonable.

That said, I see a plethora of negative comments and bad experiences from their customers here. I take those with a grain of salt because the happy customers speak out much less then disgruntled ones do, and because they have some rave reviews mixed with poor reviews.

My intention is to make regular updates to this site and to publish my experiences over the next 90 days on my twitter account on a weekly basis. I'm anxious to discover if this company can live up to its promises or not.

The promises made to me by Jessie include:

1. Development of a professional looking website
2. Complete development of the eCommerce components allowing me to derive revenue from the site
3. Complete transparency as to what they are doing, when they are doing it,
4. Regular analytic s that measure, traffic, as well as my return on investment.

I'm looking to earn, twice what I spend on this site before I'll call this a success. So I'm spending $500 per month with an expectation to reach a revenue level of $1500 per month within 5 months. I'm requesting boo stability to acknowledge this expectation in a letter of understanding.

I want to be fair to boostability. It is not their responsibility to sell my product, price my product, or make a profit for me. They're responsibility is to simply provide me what I ask for in a timely fashion and to honor their word with integrity.

I'm hoping that over the next 90 days I will become their biggest (and loudest) fan.

Well I had a long hi pressure sales person Jesse. Call twice today pushing their product. He looked at my web site and said it was looking great. Asked me what I expecting of my web site.
Asked where I wanted to be placed etc... then gave me a few words or phrase to google search, bingo there I was on the 1st page. However, no one would ever think to word the search phrase in that fashion.
I am glad I ran across this site to read abut other dis satisfaction... I will keep my credit card in my pocket. I got taken once by a web hosting company in Phoenix AZ. Named ipower - STAY FAR AWAY FROM CROOKS since then I research everything in depth and prefer to spend my money where I can actually get my hands around somebodys throat in person.

I believe at any company there are bad employees and great employees, our experience with Boostability has been very positive. Jewel our account rep calls me weekly if not more often to update various things on our site. We now have over 5,900 links to our site, and are optimizing keywords, content, event the pictures. If I spend the same on phone books I would not be getting virtually any calls, I know as I track both. Jewl is wonderful, proefssional and cares about our success, what else can I ask for?

I was contacted by this website and was unsure, at first about how important having a SEO company establish my website on the web and how the experience would benefit me. I signed up for 3-months at the mid0level price and saw improvement in my Google Local rank a few spots within the first 2 months. In the 3rd month, my site is #1! I have a company with limited customer base and wanted to only focus around my area. I am very pleased with what Boostability has done for my website. They were friendly and knowledgeable and easy to contact with questions.

After telling the salesperson on the phone that I knew very little about computers, I was promised by the man salesperson that a representative from Boostability would 'walk me' through the process. Within a day I got emails with instructions. My email response asking for someone to 'walk me' through it was ignored by Jewel Przybyia, my account manager. I immediately cancelled the service. And immediately got a response from Jewel through a voice mail she left of my phone recorder. I returned Jewel's phone call and explained to her why I was canceling. I cancelled the service within 48 hours. She sent me an email verification. I have her on my recorder and I have her email acknowledging my cancellation. A few weeks later, I get a call from another rep who said he was working on my account. He said he saw nothing in my account that showed it being cancelled. He checked with Jewel and called me back. Jewel lied and said I never cancelled the account. Now the new rep says I waited too long to cancel. I'm am fighting with them trying to recover my $400. Total rip-off! I am going to file a compliant with the Missouri Attorney Generals Office. Toral rip-off!

Boostability is not a business worthy of your attention except to run! We cancelled not even waiting the 90 days and they have been charging our card every month since. My accountant did not know I had cancelled the service and did not question the charge until I told her we cancelled that service 11 months ago! Then she gave me a printout of all the months I had been charged. They say they will not give me my money back since I did not cancel. There is no way I'm going to let that slide 85 dollars a month for 11 months! I don't think so! I'll update later.

Avoid like PLAGUE!
We had signed up for a 3 month contract with Boostability paying $300 per month. At the end of the contract period, they made no contact with us and happily continued charging our card. We saw the charge initiated on a Friday evening and contacted them early Monday morning asking to cancel our account and refund the payment. Remember this was payment in advance for work to be done in the following month. Yet the account manager Colton Miller gave a flimsy excuse that work scheduling had already been done and after much insistence from our end, he agreed to a partial refund of $200. The same information was also sent back and forth and through the hoops via email. We were told that the refund would be credited in a week.
Three weeks passed by and we didn't see any refund. So essentially we were back to square one! Called them again and this time we were told they would be NO refund! That's right, we have it on record that they would be giving us $200 and based on their current position, it was all a BIG LIE.
Do yourself and your wallet a favor and DO NOT sign up with Boostability. They are crooks running a mediocre business and trying to swindle people by any means possible. DISGUSTING.

Boostability offers a low pricepoint for high quality services. In less than 1 Day they have acquired me over 50 backlinks For a $100 investment, and I am anticipating 150 backlinks for my investment. I am well versed in SEO, working with SEO companies, you must remember, entails a basic understanding of SEO yourself, you cannot go into a business venture having not learned the trade. I highly recommend Boostability for their pricepoint for what they offer. Prior to being acquainted with Boostability, I had 300 Top Ranked Keywords, and in 1 Day, I now have 450 based upon my backlinks alone. I highly recommend Boostability for people working at a low pricepoint who need quality SEO services. 5 Stars.

Very dissappointed with this service. They did not contact me after the first week of the sale. And then blamed me for not following directions of an email that they never sent to me. Tried to cancel the service at the beginning of the month, but this service would not refund me the $350 for the month. The links they built for me were not relevent. Most were never picked up by any of the search engines. This company does not do quality SEO and has terrible customer service. Do not use them.

I was paying a minimal amount to try and get some traffic to my website, I don't know if I would have had better results if I paid more, but I had no increased traffic--- I wrote an email and asked for cancellation, they claimed they never got it and so they could not back date my cancellation, because I could have "doctored" the old email that I sent to them--- why would I bother? And I hate being called a liar. As a business owner I wish I had a business model where I charge people small amounts and just keep on charging--- month after month--- no matter how lousy the service or that there are exceptions to the rule. Its just the business climate--- steal from customers as long as you can--- quantity --- not quality.

This company was VERY difficult to deal with. I had agreed to use their services, gave a credit card number, then found out that there was a "three month contract", multiplying my charges by 3. When I told them I had NOT agreed to a three month contract, they refused to credit my charge card. After much discussion with 3 different managers they still said that they could not credit the card back. I was astonished! I told them I would contact my credit card, and was shocked they would put their reputation and credibility on the line for $275. Later I received a message from them saying they thought about it and "it must not have been in the Tarot Cards" for this time. They did credit my card, but kept the $50 processing fee.
