Great. The website is very user-friendly with tons of selections for window treatments to choose from. I ordered a few samples just to be sure about the colors I wanted and the samples arrived quickly.

Placing your order takes no time at all. The blinds we ordered arrived before the estimated delivery date and installing the blinds was a snap. We are very pleased.

When I checked my order out, I can't enter the coupon code, so the price was full price and that day was the last day the coupon can be used. I called the customer service second day, the lady told me they will give me the discount. They did it.

My order came later than promised by at least a week, one blind didn't operate properly, one was damaged. They are working to correct these issues, hopfully it will all work out!

The blinds are good quality for the price, I am satisfied. I only wish I had more color selections. Also make sure you underestimate the wdth about. 5 in because he hardware takes up a little space. I had to really shoe-horn one of mine in.

Installation hardware was not practical. Screws should be flush, but protruded to make tight fit difficult. No hole pre-drilled in base of pull down shade. Plastic securing pin broke on first attachment. One side of blind stringer was untied, had to retread through entire blind manually and re-tie. I expected better.

The instructions were easy and the installation went well. The faux wood blinds look beautiful in my Craftsman home.

These blinds are the best value I've found in blinds anywhere.

Everything went exactly as I had hoped. Everything fit great, was easy to install and color representations on the website were accurate enough to choose colors based on the photos online. The only way it could have gone better is if they shipped an elf in the box to mount them for me.
