Awesome company. Blinds were hanging on my windows 2 weeks from the time I first heard of Blindster. Ordered & received samples so I could decide on color, sent measurements, ordered blinds, received finished blinds. All this in only 2 weeks. Size and fit were absolutely perfect. A mistake was made in the order and kelly was so very helpful
Ordered set of 3 "Supr Value Cordless Blackout Single Cell" blinds. One or more cells in each blind delaminated within a week. Blindster promptly replaced blinds with no fuss. Two of the 3 replacements failed within a week. Blindster refunded purchase price of the entire order after minimal fuss.
Conclusion: "Super Value" product is terrible. Customer service is good.
