I needed to return a Reate gravity knife and Cloey E and team made sure to let me know the return was received and credited back to my card.
Kim and the IT department got my account back. Might just buy a knife for such a fast response and how nice they were( at least as nice as they can be via online chat), but I'll take it.

While I returned the knife it was not because of the quality of the product which is excellent. It is a poor choice on my part and I'll order again but a differnt item. The Company was very gracious in exceptting my return
