You never can get your winnings withdrawn because the customer service team is rude, inconsiderate, un-organized, and very lacking in skills. Every single one of them in every department need to be replaced with top grade people

I entered a review but did not notice that I had entered one last year and it never got submitted so the date is old. I already send them over 6 or 7 photo reviews and none meet there expectations they literally want my entire hand in the picture ridiculous really I thought they wanted a picture of me holding my ID, no now they want my whole hand in it. The funny thing about them is that I already have 3 withdrawals equalling 185 dollars total with them and they still need my verification for 50 dollars I requested from them. Don't recommend this app to no one really unprofessional workers they don't have any knowledge what customer service is. I thought it would be about me not looking like my picture lol no it's about my whole hand not coming out, I even had my son take a picture of me and guess what declined, my 2 whole arms are in the picture and it's still not good for them. Well keep my money Bitplay just give me back my deposit that I made without verification.

I was playing and was up to 400 went to cash out but can only do 200 cause of withdrawal limit said withdrawa request accepted thane 8 hours later said declined cause of zero credit very disappointed paid out the first time also promos didn't work

Do not play this game st Patrick's in Panda Master platform or bitplay at all! From the pics I took u can clearly see I won 129$ however I only received 29$ of it and they refused to honor it! It's a scam! I went back to play and I counted 19 spins before I won one cent!

I've only made 2 deposits on this site but today I won a little 100$ and tried to cash out... not only has it took ALL day now I got an email saying they want me to submit new pics! Do not deposit with them they have been keeping peoples winnings lying saying under review and saying it's being investigated which is lies it's been four days now and they still haven't gave me my winnings

Ok So the 1st time you withdraw it takes up to 48 hours but not really it doesn't take 48 hours pretty cool the next time you withdraw it don't even take 24 hours pretty cool. I think it's fast like that if you cash out and then do not play the game until they send you your money. Because this is the 1st time that I've cashed out and decided to play the game like 4 hours later and now it's been a whole day almost 2 days and I haven't heard anything about my withdrawal. I got the Withdraw verification code And then I got the withdrawal verification email stating stating they would start the Withdraw process And I haven't heard anything else It usually doesn't take this long I feel like something's wrong. They need to let people withdraw more money.

This site is setup nice, as far as anything to do with customer service and resolving inquiries they are absolutely trash. Give same responses you get the run around for days. Never resolved any issue I had. The outcome being that I lost money with them having no concern.

Customer service is good. Mostly depends on what your contacting them for. Definitely have had a hard time withdrawling money from them more than any other websites
