I've been playing with bitplay for over 2 years. I did truly love it. I stuck out with all the changes where I went from 1000 a day withdrawal to 300 a day to build up on their new points system. I made a deposit with bit play and was told that my Bitcoin fees would be covered. However, once I made the deposit, they were not covered. Only $3 were covered and the fees were 11. They should not be lying about what they will do.

This is a review about bitplay. I played it first about a month ago and I've been hooked ever since. It's fast withdrawals have you picking it first out of al the others. The games are really fun also.

I won a significantly larger amount than usual on 12/21/23. I requested the max I could withdrawal($200) and the status underneath the withdrawal said "on hold" for the first time for over 12 hours. I had contacted customer service many times and was given different answers each time. Was also lied to by the agent Grace and was told I could continue to play and my withdrawal would be processed. That was a lie and my withdrawal that I won fair and square was declined. The agents were rude to me afterward and said "it wasn't my job to tell you not to play when you have a withdrawal pending, it's my job to assist you". Well then why did you tell me I could play without it affecting my withdrawal only for another agent to tell me that when you do it gets declined?I have over 25 pages of deposits and they want to screw me over on a withdrawal? They just lost a good customer.

From my first withdrawal it was very simple. I put my bitcoin address, I put the platform,the amount I wanted to withdraw,and it was immediately handled. It was total care of an accepted and processed.

While not truly understanding the customer base that they are serving, I still feel that they have a good team. They are very personable until you disagree with them. The only thing that they have done me wrong with is cheating me out of a jackpot money due to their lack of understanding the English language. Other than that I say that they are great to use. The only other issue I find with them is for a customer to have to do something like this just to speed up their process of a withdrawal. Support team is awesome. Deposit with email confirmation. The bonus coupon is great. I wish the maximum daily cash out is higher though. $250 limit cash out seems it's house curve, makes our chances to cash out is not likely. If you deposit $100, but can only cash out $250 is cool, but not exciting as when you get to cash out $500+ with that limit I end up playing the remaining balance to zero. I find that unfair and against "safety" nets for players.

I've been waiting for my withdrawals since the 4th of April. All the websites (bitspin bitofgold, bitbetwin)are holding withdrawals. I don't know what's going on but it needs to be fixed for everyone ASAP.
