The color I ordered was out of stock and I was never notified. When I called you I was told it was not in stock and I agreed to a different color. Got the device, it worked exactly 4 days and stopped. Now it wont charge or play for more than a few seconds. Would like a refund or replacement. *******852

They had the best price and the battery, shipped from the Chicago area was delivered to me in Long Island within two-days via US Priority Mail at no charge for shipping. What else can I say.
