First time user. At this time I have no complaints.
Only thing I didn't like is no estimated shipping date to arrive when placed the order. But, Received it in about 2 business days. So far so good. Battery was charged and ready to go.

The shopping experience was very nice. For the price of the headphones they are a good product. The battery.life seems to be about 3 hours of continuous use. The sound is not great as compared to my earbuds. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate the sound 4 to 4.5. However, for the price they are quite good.
Price was less then 3X what the Harley dealer would charge, and worked just as well. Slight modification to the battery terminal connection (top as opposed to side), but it worked well. Would definitely come back to Bigtime Battery again!

No place on the site to advise about shipping methods and costs. Usually shipping varies in prices or says free shipping. Didn't see anything about shipping when order was completed. I assume it was free shipping because there were no shipping charges on invoice? (Please don't post the above, just inquiring.)
P.S. I was very pleased at receiving the battery in only two days. With all the Christmas packages that were being shipped I was pleasantly surprised to receive my package that quickly. I will certainly consider your business for future purchases. The battery has been installed in the ATV and works great! Thank You
