I ordered a 3-month supply of the Dermal Repair Complex and less than a month later received an email that the next supply was being shipped. I immediately contacted BHMD by phone to stop the shipment and was told by customer service that they would try; however, it arrived in the mail a couple days later and my account was charged. I then called back to return the shipment and was told I would have to return it at my own cost. I should not have to pay to return a shipment that should not have shipped for another 2 months, hence a 3-month supply, not a 5-6 month supply! I hadn't even had a chance to determine if the product was working for me, or if I would continue using or cancel, but my feeling of "false advertising" made my decision for me-I will be returning all the products!

PS. I also responded to one of the many emails I received from Dr Layke regarding this issue and my feeling of "false advertising" and have yet to hear from him.

I love this product. I have used it for awhile now and it is the best product I have ever used on my hands. I had several Sympathectomies to help with my hyperhydrosis in my hands and have seen not been able to help my hands get soft at all. This product has made them feel like silk when I put it on. I have been trying to return an item that does not work for me (One drop rewind) since Sept 22nd, and now is Sep 28th and I have not received a response. I sent 3 emails in total explaining and It is a total scam, when you want to return the items and they do not reply to you.

I have just (stupidly enough!) purchased the 3 x BHMD dermal repair capsules. THAT IS ALL I WANTED! All of a sudden $188 and then a staggering $302 was taken out of my account! This is NOT what I originally intended to pay! AT ALL!
I am now worried that somewhere along the line they have conned me into a subscription too seeing they now have my banking details. I am actually furious! GIVE MY MONEY BACK!

I have never had any issues. I will have my 75th birthday this week and I use their products to take care of my skin. I am young at heart - and at least I am attempting to age gracefully. I have been using Crepe Correcting Body Complex for a few weeks now and the crepe lines on my neck are noticeably gone! I am very happy with this product!

I am 63 and even though I've been blessed to have a younger looking face I guess recently in the past year had started getting a lot of Fine Lines, and where I was a smoker around my mouth especially. Also in my youth I had what's called adult onset cystic acne. This left scars on my face, small ones but many. I use products on the outside of my face of course which I've been using for a while. I haven't tried the Beverly Hills products yet on that but I can tell you that the dermal repair complex is really working, you take a couple bye mouth and swallow a couple pills a day. Then forget about it, But of course you moisturize and I'm drinking water which I didn't do before. Still I can tell the difference in using the facial products only compared to using the Beverly Hills MD repair complex. It is definitely sped up my battle with the small wrinkles and the acne scars, it looks so much better. My face looks smoother and feels fantastic.
