Best Vacuum

Used new Miele first time this morning. It performed exceedingly well, and I could not be more pleased with it.

FYI, Joy ordered this brush. I was on Amazon, the same brush came up for $24.00 -8% plus free shipping. Wow!

Had a question about purchasing bags, but was after hours so could not get an answer. Would be helpful if that information was available on your website. Ex- What bags are used with item being purchased? How often do they need to be changed?...

I've had to order the same products for the second time because my first order was cancelled by the fraud department. I have no problem with that except I was not informed about any problems. So having expected my product on Tuesday, I now have to wait for about a week to get it. This was a bit disappointing because the fast shipping was a the biggest reason I chose to get it through best vacuum.

Would like better descriptions of filter types. I don't know the difference between a carbon filter and a Hepa filter. Don't Hepa filters come with the bags? What filter comes witht the S314i? The filter holder I have is different from those in the pictures. Does the whole plastic case even need to bew replaced? I wonder if I'm buying something I don't need.

Received my Miele faster than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. Love the vacuum. Had this brand in Germany and loved it so much, thought I'd try stateside. It does not disappoint!

I ordered the wrong item. Getting return info has been a challenge. No reply from the company. I want to hate Amazon but frankly not many companies including this one make it easy to shop.
