I have used Kaspersky of some sort for more than 15 years and have never been let down. It makes sense to me that if something works, don't change it. I currently run this on all my PCs and tablets. It's easy to install by following the prompts and then easy to adjust any settings (scan schedules, protection for email, etc.). Updates are automatic and frequent without interrupting any work on my PCs. Overall, do the homework and see for yourself how reliable Kaspersky is compared to other AV software and you will probably come right back to this. The price from BEST Antivirus UK is much better than big box and even the Kaspersky website. The digital download makes it easy to install and run without keeping up with an activation number (after setting up and account of course). I high; y recommend this to all home or business users.

We were unable to load at first. After calling for assistance, we found out that in the two weeks that I had no software protection, my computer was hit by hundreds of viruses. Half seemed to come from China and the other half from Russian porn sites. For years I was a "Norton Guy" and then I swapped to McAfee due to a holiday promotion on the product, and I was totally sold (hook, line, sinker) from that point on. My employer is a huge company, and it also swapped from Norton to McAfee. That helped confirm my decision even more. It works great in tandem with Malwarebytes, and my online activity is extremely secure, giving me minimal concern of having my entire computer system screwed up. The scheduling of scans is easy, and the reporting is helpful and accurate. McAfee appears to be a good program for security on my pc and phone. I think that the program is loaded with features. Currently, it is blocking accesses to the pc. I have used the scan on my pc and phone and have not found any problems. I am still using and evaluating other features. I did call Tech Support to ask questions about other programs and features that are part of the product. The person was very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I think the program is a good value.

In addition to Windows Defender. I run them both at the same time. I have found that neither can keep your computer completely safe. Even with this, I got one of those errors from God knows where demanding I call a number or I cannot use my pc. No, not true. Power your pc off and then back on and if the page comes up again, try closing it by pressing ctrl alt delete and close the internet program. Then I called Mcafee and they connected to my computer to remove the issue. It removed it for a couple of days so I ran the same program they ran and removed it myself. And I went into registry edit to make sure it was gone. I screen printed the site where the issue came from and have since blocked it. The help was free, thanks to my Mcafee softwhere subscription
