I ordered pajamas and they are so cheap looks like something off of wish. Maybe even worse! They are so thin and see through. They have a butt flap and it's not even over the butt. There's no way it's the same thing in the picture. It's made completely different than what it showed! I will never order from them again!

I thought this seemed to be a cheap option, and I was really excited to wear my new pants. The design was good on them, but I received the pants with a broken zipper and it didn't fit my body because I'm somewhat curvy. It might have fit better if I was a smaller size, but I ordered the XL and it still didn't fit me.

These Christmas items were ordered on December 6 and arrived on December 29 - a little too late for Christmas. Most were good quality, but still all good for the price.
The order took a very long time to arrive. When I reached out to customer service I was told that my order was delivered when it actually was not. The tracking info provided was not working and the customer service rep kept insisting that the order was delivered. I was told that I would have to file a claim with my delivery service which is pretty ridiculous. As someone who has done a lot of ecommerce and online shopping I understand that sometimes orders get lost or misdelivered, not a single time was it my responsibility as a customer to go and file missing item claims. That is always the responsibility of the seller. The order did finally arrive, four days after the customer service rep told me it was supposedly delivered. So either your shipping system needs improvement or the service rep was lying. It doesnt matter, either way the whole experience was extremely unpleasant and as a customer I would not be likely to ever buy from you again. If I cant trust the seller to provide me honest and accurate info or to work with me in an event of a shipping error, I will not risk my money on purchasing from them again. Thats the reality of it. I wish my shopping experience was better, because I do like the delivered items.

My girlfriend takes medium to large normally. I ordered a large and it was way too small.
Was looking forward to everyone's expression on receiving this item as a cute "summary" of the year we've all had (bought 10)! However, didn't receive them until 12/29/20; ordered them 12/5/20. They arrived via USPS packaged in the typical gray bag (no padding); they were each in a little white thin bubble bag. Only 1 survived the journey to our house with minimal damage that was barely noticeable; all 9 others were in various states of "amputated" limbs and broken pieces from the PPE and highly-sought-after "COVID pandemic supplies" in "Santa's bag"! If you order from this supplier, be sure to ask for appropriate packaging to keep your item(s) safe during it's shipping! I will not be ordering from them again and advise anyone to think twice before doing so! I rarely give reviews or feedback when making purchases, good or bad, but in this case I felt it was necessary so the supplier and the public can both benefit from my experience.

I guess, you get what you pay for. The quality of all the products, I purchased we very poorly made. Not what the website shows on pictures. I would never buy from this company again. Looks are very deceiving.
The delivery was late, but did arrive the night before Christmas eve. Once received, I opened the package and the product was not as it had been described and the quality was horrendous
