Bought two brand new twin Beddys, and only three months later, following all washing instructions, one of them started getting several small holes. From reading honest feedback on Beddys Facebook pages (because it is impossible to leave a review on Beddys website except for right when your products arrive and you haven't had a chance to even use them), holes and tears sound like a super common problem with these Beddys. You would think that, after only three months for such expensive bedding, the company would replace or even give a partial refund back to your method of payment, but no! They would only give me a partial refund in the form of a gift card, so that I can go spend more money with their company to replace bedding that I JUST bought. I would say their customer service does have a quick response time, but they are really quite unhelpful and just handing out these gift cards to make you "go away" without even addressing the issues. I'm left with my gift card that I can only spend on their site for more of their expensive bedding that doesn't last. Plus, they discontinued the color I had so I can't even pay another $150, after my gift card, to replace my kids bedding. Though, I'm not really sure I want to be invested over $400 into one twin bedding set so that I can have one without holes... assuming the replacement holds up. Any ways, they are cute and I like the look and functionality on the bunk bed. However, so expensive for such poor quality and you get basically zero help if you have an issue unless you want to keep going back for more of this poor quality bedding that costs an arm and a leg. Oh and don't forget that you get to pay shipping and a shipping warranty charge multiple times... huge eye roll. Not worth the hype.

We typically see this issue when the sheet is snagged from getting stuck in the zipper. Generally it starts off very small and almost unnoticeable and then spreads very quickly with washing and use. We don't consider this a manufacturing defect.
It totally is a manufacturing defect, since you can wash it in your washer because this happens. Please tell your customers they need dry cleaning for your pieces, or else theirs will have holes in 6 months.
They gave me a gift card that I don't want because i'm not buying ever again from BEDDYS. Instead of spending $300 with them I'll buy Pottery Barn amazing quality and customer service.
Holes of this nature are generally caused by the zipper getting caught in the fabric when the Beddy's is being made. This is more likely to happen if the Beddy's fits loosely and the sheet can bunch up and get caught. We have also seen this happen during the washing/drying process. We recommend that customers separate the top from the bottom and wash and dry separately. We don't consider this a manufacturing defect but will still treat is as such. In this situation, the manufacturing policy was 181-365 days and a 50% gift card of the purchase amount was issued to this customer.
I couldn't write a review on their site, but I figured I'd do it here and hope it helps someone. I thought it was going to be cotton and soft (especially for the price) but the material feels SO cheap. I have $20 target sheets that are better quality. It feels like something I would find at the Ross clearance section. Great idea but it gives me the heebs to sleep on bc it just feels like such crap quality. We purchase it for our camper but I'm not even sure we will use it. These should be $50 TOPS. Would not recommend.
Our sheets are made from a 100% sateen cotton blend. We recommend washing and drying to soften the sheet and this will also tighten the weave of the fabric. We accept returns and exchanges for two weeks after an item is received unless your item was purchased as a final sale item.
I purchased a bed comforter for my daughter and was pleased with how beautiful it was. However, with such a hefty price tag, I thought I was purchasing a product made in a democratic country from workers making fair wages. I was dismayed to see that it was an overpriced product made in China. If I wanted a comforter made in China, I could have gone to the local Wal-mart. Please Beddy's, use your conscience and operate according to principle. Make your products in the USA. Many start-ups are managing to do so, so there is no excuse. Bring industry and manufacturing to a democratic country that treats its citizens better. You can do better!
Purchased one set for my 8 year old daughter's top bunk bed. The vintage blush looks beautiful and my daughter loves it. Had I loved it I would have purchased a second set for the lower bunk but the quality doesn't justify the cost.
The bottom sheet and pillow are very scratchy! Why?!
The zipper got stuck the first time my daughter unzipped it. I was able to wrangle it open without doing any damage.
I honestly feel they need to slash their prices in half or substantially up the quality of the fabric.
I live in Australia and bought three beddy's - very costly but thought it would be worth it for the convenience.
They are an efficient way to make your bed and launder etc. However, the zippers do bother me when I sleep and I inadvertently touch them several times during the night. Further, one beddy that I just got out of the packet has ripped. Their customer service response was hilarious to my complaint was get your needle and thread out and sort it, and of course, have a nice day. I encourage you to read the reviews before purchase.
We bought a beddy's, it has been fine except for the zipper. We have had continuous problems with it getting stuck, and is very difficult to unstick. Finally, we had to just cut it off the zipper track, rendering it a sheet and a blanket at this point. They need to take another look at how their zipper works, based on other reviews this seems to be a problem with a lot of people.
1. It was packaged well and looked nice from the outside.
2. It was easy to take apart and wash.
3. It washed well - didn't see any issues.
4. It was easy to put back together.
5. It was difficult to put on my queen size bed. The part that surprised me as tight fitting was from top to bottom, no the width. At first, I assumed I had put it on wrong (like you do with sheets sometimes). The ruffle design also bends at the top because of the tight fit. I'm disappointed with the fit.
6. The sheets that you will sleep on - feel scratchy to the touch after a wash. I'm hoping with time that'll soften - but it doesn't match my $20 sheet set I bought that is so much better and soft/silky smooth.
7. Love the minky part - so cute and soft.
8. Ordered a blanket - it's nice - but again - fabric could use an improvement.
10. I absolutely love the concept overall but I feel like it's a lot of money for the quality. I probably would have considered a return if it wasn't for the fact that it'd cost half the price just to return it - which I think is crazy. I hope in the future - that a) they'll improve on the fabric b) make an option for deep fitted mattresses c) work out a deal with UPS or whoever for a rate that would make it reasonable for customers to return the item should it not work out. (I want to love it - I really do!)
This company's product quality is TERRIBLE! If you are thinking about ordering from this company, please don't waste your money! I ordered 3 different Beddy's from them the same week I ordered a bedding set from Pottery Barn. The PB set still looks brand new; however, the Beddy bedding is not usable. Holes in the fabric, zippers broken, faded fabric and pilling. I tried to notify the company but they are unresponsive and have blocked me from their FB page. They are deceptive in their marketing. I bought this product because of their reviews but they remove or don't allow any reviews that aren't 5 stars. (I have photos but can't get them to load.)
They falsely led me to believe that what I was buying was 100% cotton. It's not. That's just the filling. The outside is completely polyester. They won't pay for shipping for your return or reimburse you for the shipping you paid when you ordered the product even though mine came with free shipping. So it cost me $40 to return something I don't even want. And they make it impossible to write a review on their website although they claim high reviews. Very awful experience.
My daughter got her zipper stuck in the sheet (which they tell you won't happen) and I emailed customer service and sent pictures (pictures 1 & 2) and they sent me a long email and a video. I informed them completely that the sheet was caught in the zipper and they still told me to watch the video (it's about no aligning up the zippers when you first zip it) and I did as I was "told" and it ripped the the sheet and the sheet was still stuck (pic 3 & 4). I immediately emailed them and sent pictures and they got back to me a day later only giving me 75% of what I paid. So now if I want to get a new one I have to pay out of pocket and pay for shipping. These things are expensive. Why wouldn't they give me a full refund. It was their customer service agent who sent me the info and the video and then it ripped.
The stuffing is coming out & dye is bleading onto other areas of the bedding. I paid over $200, so I hope they stand behind their product & offer a replacement.
I spent over $400 on two bedding sets for my daughters twin bunkbeds. I received the bedding and did not feel that it was worth what I paid. I thought the sheets on the inside felt cheap and it was too big for my girls bed and did not fit as it should. For what I paid I did not want to keep something that I wasn't completely happy with. I contacted the company about returning it and they said that per their policy they do not pay for returns and less there's a manufactures defect. I personally feel as though if I am unsatisfied with such a large purchase I should not have to pay $60 to return that item. I would not recommend, I would've loved for this to work out because it would have been extremely convenient for my daughters however like I said the price did not match the product.
So worth it! My daughters room is on the main floor of our home and I was constantly looking at the mess all day everyday. No more! Well, at least the bed no more
Perfect sheets for my daughter who has to have the sheets completely straight and flat. Only suggestion is that there were a down or other feather fill option. We got the white chic ones

Answer: We're sorry for the confusion. The sheet is a regular sheet that fits onto the mattress like a fitted sheet, but with a zipper sewn on to connect to the comforter. The comforter is connected to the sheet with two zippers on each side, and can be completely disconnected at the foot of the bed for easy washing. The top sheet is sewn to the comforter and doesn't unzip to use separately.
